Our casino reviews use a methodology that ensures we consider every important aspect of a casino and weigh those aspects fairly in our evaluation. To learn more about the methodology that guides this Stonevegas review, read our ‘How We Review Casinos‘ page.
This review is divided into six main sections:
- Stonevegas’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
- Bonuses and offers from Stonevegas
- Payment methods accepted by Stonevegas
- Stonevegas’s game selection
- The user experience at Stonevegas
- Popularity of Stonevegas
Stonevegas’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
The first item on our Stonevegas review agenda is player safety. I’ll look carefully at the casino’s licence, responsible gambling resources, and implemented security measures.
| Legal gambling age |
|---|
| The legal gambling age in most Canadian provinces and territories is 19 years old (in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, it is 18), and online casinos must verify each player’s age to protect minors from gambling. Every province and territory is regulated at the provincial level. In Ontario, for example, gambling is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Visit our Licensing page for more information. |
Stonevegas’s licences
Information about Stonevegas’s licence was not on the website. Instead, the casino’s support team informed me that Stonevegas is licensed by Anjouan Gaming.
Responsible gambling in Stonevegas
The Responsible Gambling page in Stonevegas is pretty basic:
- General advice
- Self-exclusions via support
- A self-assessment test
- Links to help organizations
- A link to a parental control tool
It’s missing quite a bit, even if the necessities are all there. Like, where are the tools? Players should be able to set personal limits, such as deposit, loss, bet, and session length limits. Reality checks should be an option, too. It’s fine, but a lot is missing as well.
| Addiction risk: play responsibly |
|---|
| Casino games are meant to be fun, but that doesn’t mean gambling can’t become addictive or lead to harmful consequences if players do not exercise safe play. We encourage players to be aware of these signs that might indicate problem gambling: – Chasing losses – Playing for longer than intended – Gambling with more money than intended – Hiding your gambling activity from other people – Borrowing money to gamble If you recognize any of these signs, please consider contacting any of the following help organizations: – ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) – Canada Safety Council – Gambling Therapy |
What makes Stonevegas safe
Stonevegas doesn’t offer much about the security measures it has in place, offering vague terms, like “robust measures” or “advanced security measures,” in any description on the website.
What Stonevegas has done, though, is put in place a Data Protection Officer. That individual is there to ensure the casino adheres to international data protection standards, while also providing players with a point of contact for any data-related concerns or questions. Also, Stonevegas keeps its funds separate from player funds, holding the latter in separate accounts, which helps protect them from any financial shortcomings of the casino.
Stonevegas needs to be more forthcoming with its security information, though.
My rating of Stonevegas’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
Safe, but Stonevegas’s players would never know.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 2.5/7 | While the licence is trustworthy, Stonevegas should provide players with the information on its website. |
| Responsible Gambling | 4.5/7 | The page is clearly written and satisfies the basics, but Stonvegas is missing almost every responsible gambling tool. |
| Security | 3/6 | Besides having a DPO, secure banking practices, and clear Terms/Privacy Policy, Stonvegas doesn’t offer much about its website security. |
| It’s fine |
|---|
| Yes, Stonevegas is safe. The casino lacks transparency and proper responsible gambling tools, though, so it earns a 10/20 rating only. |
Bonuses and offers at Stonevegas
Casino bonuses are a big deal. They draw players to casinos, but not all bonuses are made equal. Here, I turn my Stonvegas review to the casino’s welcome bonus, regular offers, tournaments, and loyalty program to assess the casino’s bonus program.
| Bonus risks |
|---|
| Players should know that all bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met to obtain the bonus. Typically, bonuses require players to bet the bonus amount 30, 40, or more times over before the bonus is made available. Over 80% of players lose money with casino bonuses. |
Stonevegas’s welcome bonus
The biggest draw casinos have is usually the welcome bonus.

New players at Stonevegas can claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to $750, 200 free spins, and 1 bonus crab with a minimum first deposit of $30.
The bonus money comes with 35x wagering requirements, which is about the industry average. The free spins come with 40x wagering requirements, though, which is on the higher side of average. They are awarded 20 per day for 10 consecutive days and expire after 24 hours.
Players have 10 days to meet those requirements, which is a decent window.
The offer features a great match percentage, decent match amount, and average wagering requirements. Overall, Stonevegas’s welcome bonus is a pretty good one, though nothing special.
Regular bonuses
From reload bonuses to cashback opportunities, Stonevegas offers a decent lineup of weekly bonuses to players in Canada:
- Weekly Reload: Players can claim 50 free spins with a minimum deposit of $30 every Sunday evening through to Thursday evening. Free spins come with 40x wagering requirements.
- Weekend Reload Bonus: Players can claim a 50% bonus of up to $1,050 every Thursday evening through to Sunday evening for a minimum deposit of $30, or they can add 50 free spins to that bonus for a minimum deposit of $75. Bonus money comes with 35x wagering requirements, and free spins come with 40x wagering requirements
- Live Cashback: Every week, players can claim 25% cashback up to $300 on losses in Stonevegas’s live casino. Live cashback comes with 1x wagering requirements.
Promotion and tournaments
10 tournaments were running during my Stonevegas review, including weekly and monthly events. The tournaments had prize pools ranging from 1,100 casino coins to €20,000, so while there were a good number available to play, the prize pools weren’t the largest.
Stonevegas’s VIP/loyalty program
The loyalty program at Stonevegas is a good one because every player is automatically included. That said, the program doesn’t start to get properly good until level 3 of the 5-level program. It’s at level 3 that the VIP casino bonuses players are granted become truly useful:
| Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Level 4 | Level 5 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Personalized offers | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Daily/monthly withdrawal limit | $750/ $10,500 | $750/ $15,000 | $1,200/ $18,000 | $1,500/ $23,000 | $2,300/ $30,000 |
| Weekly cashback % | ❌ | ❌ | 5% | 10% | 15% |
| Weekly cashback max | ❌ | ❌ | $1,500 | $3,000 | $4,500 |
| VIP manager | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ |
My rating of bonuses available at Stonevegas
The Stonevegas bonus program offers some great benefits, but it could also be improved in many ways.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 5.5/7 | The welcome bonus from Stonevegas is fairly typical, with a good match percentage and a pile of free spins, but wagering requirements that could be friendlier. |
| Regular Offers | 3/4 | Stonevegas has something available all the time, but they aren’t always the most appealing offers. |
| VIP/Loyalty Program | 2.5/4 | Cashback is great, but Stonevegas doesn’t pay back players until level 3, or halfway through the program – I feel like that’s a bit stiff. |
| Always there, always fair |
|---|
| Stonevegas has a bonus program that always has something to offer; they’re just not always the best offers, which is exactly what an 11/15 rating indicates. |
Payment methods at Stonevegas in Canada
The casino payment methods accepted at Stonevegas in Canada include more for depositing than withdrawing:
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | $10 | $3,000 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| Visa | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Mastercard | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| MuchBetter | $20 | $7,500 | Instant | 3-4 business days |
| Neosurf | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Paysafecard | $15 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| MiFinity | $20 | $3,500 | Instant | 3-4 business days |
| Neteller | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Skrill | $20 | $8,130 | Instant | N/A |
| Cash2Code | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Bank transfer | N/A | $10,000 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| Financial risks |
|---|
| This is a reminder that gambling involves real money and, therefore, financial risk. Casinos do not open their doors without being favoured to win, which means most players lose over time. Remember to set personal limits and only play with what you can afford to lose. |
Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times
Stonevegas’s minimum deposit is $10 in Canada. $10 is also the casino’s minimum withdrawal amount. Those are both friendly amounts. The maximum withdrawal at Stonevegas depends on your VIP level, but begins at $750 per transaction.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 3 business days, according to the casino, but they do not arrive in player accounts until the payment provider has also processed the transaction. This can happen almost instantly or take an additional 5 business days. So, 8 business days total, potentially, which is fairly standard.
Cryptocurrency accepted at Stonevegas in Canada
While Stonevegas only accepts three cryptocurrencies in Canada, they’re three of the most commonly used coins: Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Litecoin. The minimum deposit amount is $20, as is the minimum withdrawal amount, although Bitcoin requires a $45 minimum deposit and a $90 minimum withdrawal.
| The dangers of using cryptocurrency |
|---|
| Using cryptocurrency is a risk. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; their values fluctuate regularly and rapidly. The Government of Canada, the Bank of Canada, and other financial institutions do not back cryptocurrencies, as they are not stable or guaranteed. As such, players are vulnerable to losing a lot of money when playing with crypto. We strongly recommend setting financial limits and investing only what you can afford to lose. |
Step-by-step guide on how to withdraw from Stonevegas
- Click the green coin+ symbol at the top right.
- Select the “Withdraw” tab.
- Choose the withdrawal method.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Complete any request for additional information related to the chosen withdrawal method.
- Click “Withdraw.”
Other important information to know when withdrawing from Stonevegas:
- Deposited funds must be bet at least once before withdrawal.
- Bonus wagering must be met to withdraw.
- Stonevegas may require players satisfy its Anti-Money Laundering and KYC requirements by confirming their identity with the casino. The process requires players to share the following documentation with Stonevegas:
- Properly certified ID
- Proof of residence
- Proof of ownership of the payment methods used
- Players may be required to provide additional documents beyond those mentioned above
My rating of Stonevegas’s payment methods
Players in Canada should have no problems depositing and withdrawing from Stonevegas.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Options | 6/7 | While Stonevegas accepts a wide range of payment methods in Canada, I wish it would accept more for withdrawals. |
| Minimum Deposit & Payment Processing Times | 3/4 | Stonevegas has low minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, which is great, but transactions are processed at an average speed. |
| Cryptocurrency | 1.5/4 | While they’re some of the most popular in Canada, Stonevegas only accepts three cryptocurrencies. |
| More withdrawal methods, and more crypto |
|---|
| Stonevegas could offer more withdrawal methods and accept more cryptocurrencies generally, but the casino does accept a wide range of payments for low minimums, and earns a 10.5/15 rating. |
Stonevegas’s games selection
While everything else is important, it’s the casino’s games that we visit it for. Here, I turn my Stonevegas review to its selection of exclusive games, library of online slots, menu of live tables, collection of game shows, and lineup of providers.

| Casino games warning |
|---|
| Players need to recall that casino games are games of chance. While licensed games are tested by third parties for fairness, games are weighted in favour of the casino, which is why most players lose over time. For this reason, we like to remind players that casino games are a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. |
Exclusive games
Hundreds of games are listed in Stonevegas’s exclusive games collection. That’s massive, and I value a casino that works to include exclusive games, but with Stonevegas, I have a hard time believing what the casino says.
For starters, if I search “exclusive,” Stonevegas says there are over 600 matches, but if I open the “Exclusive” game category, just under 300 games load. Moreover, included in the Exclusive category is Dork Unit, a game I know is featured at almost every casino partnered with Hacksaw Gaming.
Games like Sugar Spins, Joker Winpot, and Shoot Happens are labelled “exclusive,” and I believe those games are more than the majority of the category. Still, the casino certainly has a collections of exclusive games, just not as dense as it tries to claim.

Recommended slots you can play at Stonevegas
The online slots selection at Stonevegas is grouped into various categories, like megaways slots, instant games, and bonus buy slots. That’s a good start, but that’s all it really is. The selection includes over 9,000 games; a library that large demands more game categories.
Give us a crash games category. Create a category for cluster pays. Group high RTP slots together. Give us themes, like fruit games, ‘Book of’ collections, or adventure games. Stonevegas could do more in that regard, but the selection overall is great, packed with exciting slots and fresh finds.
If you want my recommendation, try these games:
Plenty of live dealer tables at Stonevegas in Canada
More than 300 live casino games are available at Stonevegas in Canada. The casino has done a good jobe to organize its live casino into proper categories so players can easily find the tables they are looking for. Players can search through more than a dozen poker tables, over 80 baccarat tables, 100-plus roulette tables, and more than 120 blackjack tables. There’s even a Gold Saloon.

Game shows you can play at Stonevegas
20-plus game shows category, but like the exclusive category, several games don’t appear to belong: Is Casino Hold ‘Em really a game show? Same question with the many roulette titles that appear in the category. Still, players will find Robin the Fair, 25x Cand Wheel, and Crash Live, among others.

Popular game providers Stonevegas works with
More than 90 game providers are partnered with Stonvegas in Canada. Included on the team are highly-regarded studios like Playson, 3 Oaks Gaming, Popiplay, InOut, Endorphina, Tom Horn, Microgaming, Iconic 21, and Play’n Go. The team is top-notch, even without Pragmatic Play titles.
My rating of Stonevegas’s games selection
Large libraries require serious organization, which is pretty much all that is missing from Stonevegas’s library.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Variety | 6.5/7 | The selection of games is wide at Stonvegas, but the library could use more organization, given its size. |
| Live Casino Experience | 4/4 | Perfectly organized, the Stonevegas casino is more than 300 tables strong. |
| Game Providers | 4/4 | Stonevegas has assembled a wide variety of top providers. |
| Label and group |
|---|
| ‘Perfect’ is only a few categories away for Stonevegas’s selection of games, which comes in with a 14.5/15 rating. |
User experience at Stonevegas
The user experience is another aspect my Stonevegas review needs to consider. To do so, I investigate the casino’s customer support, navigation on its website, and its mobile performance.
Stonevegas’s customer support
A Help Centre operates as the home base for Stonevegas’s customer support. An organized list of FAQs satisfies many general inquiries. Otherwise, the casino has a 24/7 live chat and two email contacts for help.
My experiences with the live chat agents were fine. The agents were able to answer my questions, but not without pushing and prodding for proper answers. That’s not unusual with online casino customer support teams.
| Contact | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] [email protected] (Data Protection Officer) | 24 hours | |
| live chat | 24/7 on the website | 2-5 mins |
User navigation at Stonevegas
Those of us old enough to remember The Flintstones will find Stonevegas’s branding amusing. Those os us who don’t remember that iconic cartoon will just find the casino’s branding fun. BigClash’s branding is fun, with bright colours and implied movement that keep players looking. It feels like you’re inside a comicbook.
The website is easy to navigate, featuring a familiar design: a main menu sits in a sidebar on the left of the screen, while game categories are stretched across the top of pages. The casino could use more game categories, and that is Stonevegas’s biggest let-down, in terms of its website navigation.
Stonevegas mobile experience
As is expected, Stonvegas’s website is optimized for mobile use. Players will have no issues accessing the website on their mobile browsers.
What makes the best mobile casinos in Canada stand apart from the rest is that they offer mobile apps. Unfortunately, Stonevegas does not offer a mobile app, although players can save the casino to their home screen for quick access to their account, which is essentially the next-best thing.

My rating of Stonevegas’s user experience
A great experience that lacks clear support agents.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | 5/7 | A helpful FAQ page, a responsive live chat, and two email contacts are all good options to contact Stonevegas. The live agents could be clearer with their responses. |
| User Navigation | 3.5/4 | Easy and intuitive. I request more organization of the online slots selection, please, and that is all. |
| Mobile Experience | 3/4 | While Stonevegas doesn’t have a mobile app, players will have no problems accessing the casino on mobile browsers. |
| Easy an enjoyable |
|---|
| The experience in Stonevegas is one with few complaints – it’s just easy and enjoyable – and one that earns an 11.5/15 rating. |
Popularity of Stonevegas
Our methodology gives room for the public’s opinion to have weight. After all, we can’t merely trust my opinion, right?! Absolutely not! No, which is why I’ve gone through online sources like TrustPilot, Reddit, and social media platforms to gather a sense of how the public feels about Stonevegas.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Player Reputation | 7/10 | Stonevegas has a solid reputation amongst the public, although it should be taken with a grain of salt, because the sample size is on the smaller side. |
| Market Visibility | 4/10 | I was able to find Stonevegas on Twitter and Instagram, and both accounts appeared to be reasonably active. There were very few user reviews on TrustPilot, though, so the casino has work to do in this regard. |
| Benefit of the doubt |
|---|
| Stonevegas’s 11/20 rating here benefits from having few reviews online, even if it hurts its visibility score at the same time. |
Carved in stone
Stonevegas is a casino that has carved out a great gaming experience.
The casino’s welcome bonus is a great way to start your journey. It’s complemented by regular reloads that can boost your bankroll every week and a cashback program that can pay fairly handsomely to upper-level VIP members.
The game catalogue is loaded with exciting (and exclusive!) titles and packed with live tables. I wish the online slots selection were a tad more organized, but Stonevegas has been sure to organize the live casino wonderfully.
Stonevegas needs to add more responsible gambling tools, specifically personal limits. I’d like to see more cryptocurrencies accepted, as well: the three it does accept are some of the most common, but it’s only three.
My Stonevegas review concludes with a 64.5/100 final rating.
