Acceptance & Amendment of Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration conducted in Malta, in the English language.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or initiating proceedings in a small claims court where appropriate.

Modification, Suspension & Termination

 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Canadacasino or its services at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse Canadacasino.
