DuoSpin licensing, responsible gambling, and security

DuoSpin has an Anjouan casino licence, but it’s not clearly displayed and wasn’t easy to verify. They have some responsible gambling tools, but again, they’re not easy to find or use.

DuoSpin doesn’t display or mention a licence anywhere. I asked live chat about this, and they confirmed they had an Anjouan licence before insisting the information was in the footer. They couldn’t provide me with the licence number, and it definitely wasn’t in the footer, but I found the number elsewhere (ALSI-152406028-FI2).

Responsible gambling at DuoSpin

Other than a basic responsible gambling page, DuoSpin doesn’t have much to help players gamble responsibly. For time-outs and self-exclusions, I was told to contact customer support, and there are no deposit limits.

DuoSpin bills itself as a fast payout casino, but it took them a few days to process my first withdrawal, and their terms say to allow for four business days before any funds are processed.

The cashier lists withdrawal limits of up to $10,000, but the terms and conditions state a withdrawal limit of $750 per day and $10,500 per month. I asked live chat, and they confirmed that the latter limits are correct. These limits increase as you advance through the loyalty program, with players in level five subject to limits of $2,300/$30,000.

There is no mobile app here, but I don’t think it’s needed, as the mobile website is just as clean and stylish as the desktop one.

The 3.3/5 Trustpilot rating doesn’t inspire much confidence, especially considering it has 58% one-star reviews, but it only has 12 reviews at the time of writing, and it holds excellent ratings elsewhere.

One of the best game rooms I’ve seen

I won’t be alone in saying that DuoSpin has one of the best game rooms in the industry—big developers, varied gaming categories, and over 8,600 titles. If not for the high wagering requirement, I might have said the same about the bonuses, but that number is hard to get past.

There’s still a lot to like about this site, though, with only minor issues reducing my DuoSpin review score.
