We start every review at the most obvious point: player safety. Here, I rate the casino’s licence, responsible gambling efforts, and security measures.

I could not find any information about Jokersino’s licence on its website. Instead, I was able to confirm the casino’s regulator by speaking with Jokersino’s support team:

Jokersino has a Responsible Gambling page that offers a lot, even if the presentation could improve:

• Advice for responsible gaming
• Several suggestions for parental control tools
• Basic self-assessment test
• Suggestions for help organizations
• Deposit, loss, wager, and session length limits
• Self-exclusions and cool-down periods
  

The Responsible Gambling page on Jokersino is great in so many ways, especially the limits players can set. That is A+ type stuff.

The frustrating part is that I could not find the tools anywhere, and the page does not explain how to set the limits. They’re possible, but only via support, so not very convenient. 

The page is like this. When it suggests parental control tools, like NetNanny, it doesn’t provide the link. The page does the same for help organizations, although at least it provides the URL. 

Jokersino’s responsible gambling page is good, but it could improve.

What makes Jokersino safe

I found Jokersino employs the following security measures on its website:

• Games utilize Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure each outcome is entirely random and cannot be affected by the casino
• Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
• Separate Anti-Money Laundering and KYC policies
  

I really like how Jokersino has organized information into an AML policy, Fairness & RNG testing methods document, KYC policy, responsible gaming and self-exclusion page, Terms and conditions, and Privacy policy. It amazes me, therefore, how little those many pages tell me about the website’s security measures.

Jokersino is a secure casino, but one that doesn’t always make that as obvious as it should.

Bonuses and offers at Jokersino

Knowing players are safe is the first important item on my Jokersino review, but casino bonuses are the first fun items. Here, I evaluate the casino’s welcome bonus, regular bonuses, tournaments, and loyalty program. 

Jokersino’s welcome bonus

Jokersino offers new players a very friendly welcome bonus.

New players at Jokersino can claim up to $3,000 over their first three deposits of at least $20.

The most appealing aspect of this bonus may be its wagering requirements. Jokersino’s offer comes with only 5x wagering requirements.

Here’s how it breaks down:

This deal is lit. Come on, 5x wagering is a beautiful thing to see. On top of that, the match percentages are great: 200% followed by a pair of 100% matches?! 

Sure, I’d love to see a higher maximum amount for the first deposit match, but that doesn’t constitute a complaint by any stretch. No, this is an excellent welcome bonus.

Regular bonuses

Jokersino offers a host of weekly reload bonuses. Check these out:

• Weekly Monday Offer: Every Monday, players can claim a 100% match up to $375 (20x wagering).
• Weekly Wednesday Offer: Every Wednesday, players can claim a 50% match up to $750 (20x wagering).
• Weekly Friday Offer: Every Friday, players can claim a 150% match up to $750 (20x wagering).
• Weekly Saturday Offer: Every Saturday, players can claim a 100% match up to $1,875 (20x wagering).
• Exclusive Weekly Bonus: Once a week, players can claim a 200% reload bonus of up to $7,500. The offer comes with 50x wagering requirements, which are a bit high. Also, the maximum deposit amount is $3,000, so, actually, players cannot claim the full $7,500, but up to $6,000. 
  

It’s wild to me that Jokersino does not utilize any free spins offers, but the bonuses it does offer are almost all low-wagering bonuses, with requirements of only 20x. The exclusive bonus is high, at 50x, and has other weird problems, but there are at least four offers worth exploiting every week.

Promotion and tournaments

I could not find any tournaments, lotteries, or other competitions at Jokersino.

Jokersino’s VIP/loyalty program

Jokersino has a loyalty program I wish the casino told us more about. The more players deposit, the more they boost their VIP standing, and the more VIP casino bonuses they unlock as they go. Benefits of the program include weekly reload bonuses, VIP support, increased withdrawal limits, withdrawal priority, and up to 20% cashback.

Great wagering requirements go a long way, as do weekly reload bonuses: Jokersino has them both.

Jokersino accepts more casino payment methods for withdrawals in Canada than for deposits, which is a tad odd, but not necessarily a bad thing. These are the payment methods that work at Jokersino in Canada:

The minimum deposit at Jokersino is $20 ($30 for cryptocurrencies), which is a fine amount. The minimum withdrawal, on the other hand, is $100, which is high. 

Withdrawals are typically processed by Jokersino within 3 days. Payment providers may delay the transfer longer, but it usually shows up in your account within 5 business days.

Withdrawing from Jokersino is easy:

Important information to know when withdrawing from Jokersino:

Jokersino has a large library of online slots, packed with numerous hit games. I really wish the casino implemented some sort of organization, though. The only option beyond a search bar is to divide the games by provider, which is useful, but there is so much more players can use. 

For example, why doesn’t Jokersino divide its games into relevant categories, like megaways slots or bonus buy slots? Why not allow players to filter for RTP or volatility? Why not have genres, like fishing games or candy themes? There are several ways Jokersino could improve the gaming experience for its players. Still, it’s a dense library.

User experience at Jokersino

The experience players have at online casinos is an important part of every evaluation, including this Jokersino review. Here, I look at the casino’s customer support, website navigation, and performance on mobile devices.

Jokersino’s customer support

Jokersino has an FAQ page that is decently useful, but could sometimes use more detailed responses. The casino’s main contact is an email address. There is no live chat.

I think that’s a problem. Online casinos should offer a live chat for support. Jokersino doesn’t do enough in this regard, therefore.

User navigation at Jokersino

The basic layout of Jokersino is fairly typical, with a main menu on the left. What’s atypical is that there are no submenus at all, and therefore no game categories. Players are either in the casino or live casino, for example, never looking at a selection of crash games or live roulette tables.

Moreover, promotions seem to be scattered in various places, some on the Promotions page, but others listed specifically under “Bonus” within the player’s profile. It’s not like you’ll get lost, but it’s more fumbly than I’d prefer and not helpful.

Jokersino’s mobile experience

As is standard now, Jokersino’s website is fully optimized for mobile use. The desktop experience transfers seamlessly to phones and tablets. 

While that’s true, the best mobile casinos in Canada usually offer a mobile app as well, which Jokersino does not. Still, if you want to play on the go, the casino is ready to go on a standard web browser.

Jokersino doesn’t have a bad user experience, but it also isn’t particularly good.

Popularity of Jokersino

Before completing my Jokersino review, I checked in with TrustPilot, Reddit, social media sites, and other online forums to get a taste of how the public views Jokersino. This is what I uncovered.

Who you kidding?

I’m not joking around when I say that Jokersino offers a pretty compelling casino package.

That begins with the low wagering requirements for most of the available bonuses: 5x for the welcome bonus and then 20x for the weekly reload bonuses! I rarely see these types of bonuses. I’d like to know more about the loyalty program from Jokersino, but it looks pretty great with there being a cashback portion of the program.

Those bonuses are likely to help fund the fun you’ll have in Jokersino’s game library, which is packed with industry hits. Yes, I would like a larger live casino, but every popular table game is there, so it isn’t like I don’t have options.

Crypto users will love Jokersino for the numerous currencies the casino accepts. Fiat users will find it a bit more difficult, but the casino does accept the most popular forms of payment in Canada, including Interac and credit cards.

I’m not a fan of the lack of a live chat feature. That’s inconvenient, especially when it takes the casino more than 24 hours to answer emails (yes, I’m still currently waiting). The casino’s organization could use work, too.

Still, while it isn’t perfect, there’s more to like than dislike, which is why my Jokersino review concludes with a 67.5/100 final rating.
