To me, it seems like Vera&John doesn’t really want to offer support. The casino claims to have a 24/7 live chat, but I could not find one anywhere on the website. I also could not find an email address.

I wasn’t a fan of the look of Vera&John: it’s not dated, nor is it cheap-looking, but it is some combination of the two I cannot find an appropriate adjective for. I like the colour scheme, but something about the casino’s branding leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Getting around Vera&John is fairly straightforward. The casino’s search filters are useful for finding particular games, and once you figure out how to use the menus (which isn’t obvious at first), there are more game categories to explore, which is great. There’s nonetheless something a tad clunky about the navigation, though.

Vera&John accepts the most popular payment methods, including cryptocurrencies, although it could accept more for withdrawals. That said, the minimum withdrawal amount is just $10 for Interac and only $2 for cryptocurrencies, which is probably the lowest I can recall seeing.
If you like slots, Vera&John will have you well-covered. The live casino features pretty much every table game, even if I want a larger selection. It’s a quality selection, though, and that’s probably more important.
