Wild Sultan has done a fine job here. The page is easy to read and contains all of the essentials. Having deposit limits is important. Still, I find much of the page to be a little too basic. The recommendations are less than 30 words, for example. 

As another example, while there are deposit limits (which is great), there are no loss, wager, or session length limits. I’d like to see reality checks and session timers, as well. So fine, but improvements could be made.

What makes Wild Sultan safe

When I go through casinos’ websites looking for security information, I know that the best place is in the casino’s Privacy Policy because there is always a section that deals explicitly with data security. It’s usually the place that provides me with the most information for this section of the review.

Not for Wild Sultan. There is no data security section in its Privacy Policy. I find this odd, but also frustrating, because now where can I find the information I’m looking for? Will Wild Sultan share it with me?

Here’s what the casino shares:

• PCI DSS Compliance
• Games use Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair results for each game

So, realistically, I found Wild Sultan to share very little with me. I think it misses by not stating its website is SSL-encrypted, or that there is a Data Protection Officer, or that it offers two-factor authentication security.  I appreciate the separate AML/KYC policy, but I wish they shared more.

The free spins are good for games from hit slot series, and the wagering requirements, for both the bonus money and free spins, are 35x. The bonus money expires after 30 days, and free spins expire after 7 days. 

Here’s how Wild Sultan’s welcome bonus works:

This is a solid offer. Honestly, that begins with the wagering requirements: at 35x, they are reasonable and on the low side of the industry average. It’s an excellent start.

 Then, we get three different deposits, but all at a 100% match. That’s not normal. Casinos typically like to try to skimp out on subsequent deposits after the first. Not Wild Sultan, thankfully. 

The match amounts are fine, I suppose. This is where I’d try to improve the offer. The number of free spins is fine, and the slots they are good for are great, so no need to change that. Just the total match amounts – it’d be better if those were higher.

Regular bonuses

Wild Sultan was offering an ever-changing collection of bonuses, including daily opportunities for free spins and weekly reload bonuses (like the welcome bonus from Wild Sultan, these other bonuses come with 35x wagering requirements):

• Daily Surprise: During my Wild Sultan review (and for two weeks only), the casino was giving away daily bonuses that could include free spins or deposit matches.
  
• Happy Hour: Every Wednesday and Friday between 6 pm and midnight, players can claim up to 3 match deposits of 25%.

Wild Sultan has a loyalty program with benefits that increase as players climb up the program’s 5 levels. I love how the wagering requirements for VIP bonuses decrease as players reach higher levels. Very cool. I’m not sure why the final level needs to be left as a mystery, though: that’s annoying.

The most popular casino payment methods in Canada, including e-wallets, are accepted for deposits at Wild Sultan in Canada. Unfortunately, not many of them are also accepted for withdrawal.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times

The minimum deposit at Wild Sultan is $20, while the minimum withdrawal is $50. The deposit minimum is fine, but the withdrawal minimum is a bit high, I’d say.

Withdrawals are usually processed by the casino within 12 hours, but at most 24 hours. The money can take up to 5 working days to reach player accounts. Often, players receive transfers within a day.

Wild Sultan has a selection of online slots that it has organized into various helpful categories, such as megaways slots and cascading slots. Still, I can think of a few other categories I’d like to see here.

It’s a pretty straightforward website that’s easy to get around in.

That said, while poking around Wild Sultan, I came across a page called “Casino guides,” so, curious, I clicked the link. I was taken to a page of articles, each seemingly providing basic tips for how to play games like blackjack and craps. The problem, though, at first, was that all the articles were in French, even though I was still on the English version of the website. 

Then, I noticed that the sample text of each article was identical to that of every other article. It was an unfinished, yet published page. That’s a really bad look as far as I’m concerned. It’s a 404, essentially.

Accessing Wild Sultan on your phone or tablet will pose no problems. The casino has a fully optimized website, ready for use on the road. 

What the casino doens’t have that many of the best mobile casinos in Canada do is a mobile app.

It is fun, though.

I enjoyed my time in Wild Sultan. The website has a comfortable look and feel. It’s an easy time.

For those who want a casino with a good bonus program, Wild Sultan is one of those. The terms are always on the friendly side, and there’s something on offer essentially at all times.

The game library is strong, even if it isn’t the biggest one I’ve ever seen. I really like that Wild Sultan has an exclusive games category.

The casino accepts cryptocurrencies and most major fiat methods, although withdrawing isn’t as easy.

I’d like to see the casino add more responsible gambling tools.
