If you are interested in understanding our review methodology, visit our ‘How We Review Casinos’ page. The page lays bare the philosophy of our casino reviews, explaining why a review like my Crypto-Games review looks the way it does:
- Crypto-Games’ licensing, responsible gambling, and security
- Bonuses and offers from Crypto-Games
- Payment methods accepted by Crypto-Games
- Crypto-Games’ game selection
- The user experience at Crypto-Games
- Popularity of Crypto-Games
Crypto-Games’ licensing, responsible gambling, and security
Our review philosophy has a very specific starting point: player safety. So, I begin my Crypto-Games review by inspecting the casino’s licence, responsible gambling page, and security measures.
Legal gambling age
The legal gambling age in Canada is 19 years old, although Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec require individuals to be 18. Online casinos must verify every player’s age to prevent minors from gambling.
Provinces and territories are regulated provincially. Ontario’s gambling market, for example, is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Read more on our Licensing page.
Crypto-Games’s licences
I found that Crypto-Games is licensed and regulated in Costa Rica on the casino’s About Us page. There is no link to a verification or the regulating body, though.
- Costa Rica – Account No. 1-7362-459817
Responsible gambling in Crypto-Games
The Responsible Gambling page on Crypto-Games’ website offers the following RG resources:
- A commitment to promote responsible gambling
- Basic advice
- Suggestions for Help organizations
- Self-excusions
Crypto-Games’ page is pretty minimal. There’s no self-assessment test, no links to parental control filters (in fact, the page never mentions anything about protecting minors – that information is buried within the casino’s Terms and Conditions), and while it suggests various Help organizations, Crypto-Games does not provide any links, which is such an easy step to take. I don’t have issues linking the Responsible Gambling Council. It’s very easy.
In fact, in the casino’s T&Cs, where Crypto-Games speaks about underage gambling, it suggests parental controls and includes the links. I don’t know why the RG page doesn’t feature those (and the underage stuff should be there as well as in the T&Cs).
The page also states that the casino offers “players the ability to set personal betting limits” by contacting support. I reached out to find out which limits I could set, and was told that that feature is not “available at this stage.” When I asked if they knew when they would be available, I received an “Unfortunately no.”
Addiction risk: play responsibly
Casino games are intended to be fun for all players, but if they do not exercise safe play, gambling can become addictive and lead to harmful consequences.
We encourage players to look out for signs that might indicate problem gambling:
– Chasing losses
– Money-borrowing to gamble
– Extended playing times
– Wagering with more money than intended
– Hiding your gambling activity from other people
If you recognize any of these signs, we recommend reaching out to any of the following organizations:
– ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600)
– Canada Safety Council
– The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)
What makes Crypto-Games safe
Here’s what I found when I combed Crypto-Games’ website for details about its security:
- State-of-the-art encryption technologies
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Provably fair games
- Terms and Conditions and AML Policy
While Crypto-Games mentions its Privacy Policy, I could only find that type of information within the Terms and Conditions. I found the casino’s T&Cs to be a bit disorganized, as well. I really want to see more about the website’s security, too.
It’s great to have the provably fair button on every game, allowing players to confirm the authenticity of game results. Having a 2FA option for players is great.
My rating of Crypto-Games’ licensing, responsible gambling, and security
Crypto-Games could use more transparency about its website security and licence, but the Responsible Gambling page needs more work.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 4.5/7 | I’d like to see Crypto-Games’ licensing information on the website’s footer, as well as a link to the regulating authority. |
| Responsible Gambling | 2.5/7 | The Responsible Gambling page at Crypto-Games has some basic RG information and advice, but the page lacks too much and says it does things it actually doesn’t. |
| Security | 4/6 | I found Crypto-Games to be a bit sloppy with its Terms, and I wish we learnt more about the security, but having 2FA and provably fair games goes a long way to making me feel quite comfortable with the casino. |
| More RG efforts |
|---|
| Improving Crypto-Games’ RG page would go a long way to improving this 11/20 rating. |
Bonuses and offers at Crypto-Games
Here, I turn my Crypto-Games review to casino bonuses and look specifically at the casino’s welcome bonus, regular offers, tournaments, and VIP program.
Bonus risks
Players should be aware that bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be satisfied to acquire the bonus money. Often, those requirements mean players must bet the bonus amount 30 or 40 or more times over before they can withdraw it.
Players should take note that over 80% of players lose money with casino bonuses.
Crypto-Games’ welcome bonus
Crypto players can take advantage of Crypto-Games’ casino welcome bonuses, which aren’t available to players depositing with fiat methods.

New players at Crypto-Games can claim a bonus of up to 20,000 USDT with their first four deposits of at least 10 USDT.
Just like the match percentages, the wagering requirements decrease with the deposits. Here’s how it works:
| Deposit | Match % | Amount | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% | Up to 10,000 USDT | 40x |
| 2nd | 50% | Up to 5,000 USDT | 35x |
| 3rd | 25% | Up to 2,500 USDT | 25x |
| 4th | 25% | Up to 2,500 USDT | 25x |
The best match percentage gets the largest match amount, which is great, but it also comes with the highest wagering requirement, and 40x is on the higher side of average.
What the website isn’t clear about (so I clarified with Crypto-Games’ support) is that there is no limitation on the time you can take to meet the requirements: 30 days, 80 days, whatever – it doesn’t matter. That’s cool.
Crypto-Games offers a large welcome bonus here, and the terms are usually pretty friendly, all things considered.
Regular bonuses
After the welcome bonus, Crypto-Games offers weekly rakeback and a referral bonus. Players receive a 10% rakeback on 1% of their weekly bets with no wagering requirements. You have to love the no-wagering.
Players also have opportunities for personalized bonuses regularly through the casino’s LevelUp program, which seems to function like a loyalty program, but is separate from the VIP program (which I look at below).
Promotions and tournaments
Players can take advantage of Crypto-Games’ daily Crypto Wheel for a chance to win 1 Bitcoin by depositing at least the $30 equivalent of any cryptocurrency. If they deposit $150 equivalent in any cryptocurrency, they can spin the wheel 6 times.
The referral program at Crypto-Games is pretty appealing. When new players join via the affiliate link players can obtain from Crypto-Games, the affiliate earns a 25% revenue share from the new player’s gaming activities and a bonus of 1% from their deposits, again with no wagering requirements.
During my Crypto-Games review, I did not find any tournaments available.
Crypto-Games’ VIP/loyalty program
The loyalty program at Crypto-Games serves up several VIP casino bonuses across 5 tiers. Each tier consists of 3 levels, with 15 levels in the program in total. Here’s how it looks:
| Bronze | Silver | Gold | Emerald | Sapphire | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Improved rakeback | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Random promotions | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| VIP Club | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Double Wheel Spins | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ |
My rating of bonuses available at Crypto-Games
Crypto-Games probably deserves higher grades in this section, but I found the website to be unclear about how promotions worked.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 6/7 | The welcome bonus available from Crypto-Games is a large offer with usually pretty friendly terms. |
| Regular Offers | 2.5/4 | There are some appealing opportunities, and I love Crypto-Games’ use of no-wagering, but I’d like to see more reload bonuses and free spins opportunities. No tournaments were available either. |
| VIP/Loyalty Program | 2.5/4 | I think Crypto-Games’ loyalty program looks good, but it isn’t very clear on how it all works either. |
| Do I need glasses? |
|---|
| I guess no one wants to hear a reviewer ask such a question, but this is a rhetorical question, meant to suggest Crypto-Games isn’t always that clear about how its bonuses work, leaving it an 11/15 rating. |
Payment methods at Crypto-Games in Canada
Players should note that Crypto-Games is what its name suggests: a casino with games that players play with crypto. In other words, while the casino accepts a couple of fiat casino payment methods in Canada, it does so only for deposits, and not for withdrawals. It’s a crypto casino, but it does accept the following for depositing to your player account:
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | $10 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Mastercard | $10 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Bank Transfer | $10 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
Crypto-Games also has an option to buy crypto with credit cards, Google Pay, or ApplePay, but there is a 5% transaction fee.
Financial risks
This is a reminder that gambling involves real money. Gambling involves financial risk. Casinos do not operate without being favoured to win, which means most players lose over time.
Remember to set limits before playing and only gamble what you can afford to lose.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times
The minimum deposit is $10 at Crypto-Games, although it is as low as the equivalent of $1 in whichever cryptocurrency you choose to deposit. The minimum withdrawal is the $50 equivalent in your chosen crypto, which is a tad high.
As a strictly crypto-only withdrawal casino, Crypto-Games offers lightning-fast withdrawals, and players are not required to verify their identity. Expect funds to arrive in your wallet on the same day.
Cryptocurrency accepted at Crypto-Games in Canada
Crypto-Games better have a long list of accepted cryptocurrencies if it’s going to be the crypto casino. Well, the casino accepts 12 currencies on 3 networks:
The dangers of using cryptocurrency
Players should note that using cryptocurrency comes with risks. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; their values fluctuate frequently and rapidly. It is not stable nor guaranteed, and the Government of Canada, the Bank of Canada, and other financial institutions do not back crypto. This leaves users vulnerable to losing large amounts of money.
We strongly recommend setting financial limits and investing only what you can afford to lose.

- Select the “Withdraw” tab.
- Select the network.
- Enter your wallet address.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Select the cryptocurrency.
- Click “Withdraw.”
My rating of Crypto-Games’ payment methods
Crypto-Games is a crypto-first casino, that’s for sure.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Options | 2.5/7 | Crypto-Games has a couple options for fiat users, as well as a Buy Crypto option, but players are still limited and can only deposit. |
| Minimum Deposit & Payment Processing Times | 3.5/4 | The minimum deposit amount at Crypto-Games is great. The minimum withdrawal amount is a bit high, but the withdrawal speeds are fast. |
| Cryptocurrency | 4/4 | I’ve seen casinos that accept more cryptocurrencies than Crypto-Games, but it still isn’t missing much. |
| Crypto haven |
|---|
| Crypto users will find a casino that’s tailored to them, but fiat users will need to compromise; hence, Crypto-Games earns a 10/15 rating. |
Crypto-Games’ games selection
With almost 7,500 games in its library, the casino is looking to excite players. It’s time my Crypto-Games review looked at the games available at the casino. I’ll look at any exclusive games, the online slots, live casino collection, game shows, and the providers.

Casino games warning
Players should keep in mind the fact that casino games are games of chance. While licensed games are tested for fairness by third parties, they are also weighted in favour of the casino. It’s considered “fair” that the casino is favoured to win, and it shouldn’t be surprising to hear, therefore, that most players lose over time. Players should remember that casino games are a form of entertainment, not a way to make money.
Exclusive games
Nearly 40 games are listed as Crypto-Games Originals, which is great to see. I noticed that Chicken Road and spin-offs are included there, though, and they are not exclusive to Crypto-Games. Nonetheless, the casino shows up with some unique titles.

Recommended slots you can play at Crypto-Games
With more than 6,000 online slots, the bulk of Crypto-Games’ library consists of these games. I really wish the casino would do more work to organize the library, though. A few useful categories are nice, but players could use many more. It’s hard to judge the selection’s bonus buy slots or high volatility slots if I cannot view those games by themselves.
I did find some games I really enjoy, though:
Live dealer tables at Crypto-Games in Canada
I was disappointed to see such a small live casino at Crypto-Games. Only 25 games were in the library, and about half of them were unavailable to me in my region. I had options for blackjack, sic bo, roulette, and baccarat tables, but no poker tables were available in my region.

Game shows at Crypto-Games
The selection of game shows in Canada mirrors Crypto-Games’ live library. While there are some big hits from Pragmatic Play, there are only 8 game shows in the collection.

Popular game providers Crypto-Games works with
Crypto-Games works with about 60 game providers. Some of its more popular studios include Playson, Blueprint, Play’N GO, Endorphina, NetEnt, PG Soft, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Quickspin.
My rating of Crypto-Games’ games selection
I really wish Crypto-Games organized its library more, but that’s not its only problem.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Variety | 6/7 | Crypto-Games has a large selection of quality games, but it still feels like games are missing. I love seeing exclusive games. |
| Live Casino Experience | 1/4 | Options for most live tables are available, but there are very few options at Crypto-Games. I could almost count the number of options I had on my two hands. |
| Game Providers | 2.5/4 | About 60 providers work with Crypto-Games. It’s a decent roster. |
| More live tables needed |
|---|
| It’s true that organization would help, but Crypto-Games’ library really needs more live tables to improve this 9.5/15. |
User experience at Crypto-Games
Now, I turn this Crypto-Games review to the user’s experience inside the casino. I evaluate the casino’s customer support, website navigation, and performance on mobile devices.
Crypto-Games’ customer support
A brief but useful FAQ page is easy to find on Crypto-Games’ website. I reached out to the casino’s support via the 24/7 live chat when I could not find answers on the website, and I was met with generally quick responses. I received good answers to my questions, too, although I had to ask the same questions over again, as the agent tended to avoid answering my questions, answering with obvious information I already knew, until I pressed them.
The casino has an email address that is not easy to find on the website (I found it in its Terms and Conditions). The website does not have a French version either.
| Contact | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | 24 hours | |
| live chat | 24/7 on the website | 1-4 minutes |
User navigation at Crypto-Games
Navigation through Crypto-Games isn’t difficult, but it’s kind of sloppy. Two links to the FAQ page exist in the footer for some reason, for example, yet there is no contact page. As well, I found inconsistent and incomplete information about Crypto-Games’ welcome bonus (I found a version describing the welcome bonus as three deposits, not four, on the Bonus page).
This, after I’ve already mentioned how Crypto-Games could put more effort into organizing its game library.
Crypto-Games mobile experience
The best mobile casinos in Canada tend to have mobile apps, which Crypto-Games does not.
That said, Crypto-Games has a fully optimized website that tests smoothly on phones and tablets. The website includes the option to save the casino to your mobile browser’s home page.

My rating of Crypto-Games’ user experience
Not everything about Crypto-Games’ user experience is completely smooth, but that doesn’t make it a bad experience either.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | 4.5/7 | The Crypto-Games FAQ page could add a few questions, but the live chat response was prompt and helpful, even if I had to prod for the correct help. The casino’s email address is too difficult to find on the website. There is no support in French. |
| User Navigation | 2.5/4 | It isn’t horrible, but navigation around Crypto-Games does have issues. |
| Mobile Experience | 3/4 | Crypto-Games facilitates a smooth transition to mobile devices, but does not have an app. |
| Room for improvement |
|---|
| A rating like 10/15 is one that is satisfied with what it sees, but it is also one that sees aspects that should be improved. |
Popularity of Crypto-Games
As we approach the conclusion of my Crypto-Games review, I allow the public to be included in the casino’s evaluation. I visit TrustPilot, Reddit, online chat forums, and social media platforms to gather a sense of what the public thinks about Crypto-Games.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Player Reputation | 4/10 | TrustPilot consisted mostly of negative reviews of Crypto-Games that warned about frustrating withdrawal experiences and problems receiving responses from email support. Positive reviews praised the quick withdrawals and strong game selection. |
| Market Visibility | 2.5/10 | Crypto-Games had a fair number of reviews on TrustPilot, but the casino hadn’t responded to any of them, and I couldn’t find any social media accounts. |
| Hard love |
|---|
| It seems the public doesn’t have the fondest view of Crypto-Games, and it isn’t doing much to try to engage the public to change that; hence, the casino receives a 6.5/20. |
Got crypto? Wanna play games?
The highlight of Crypto-Games might not be the cryptocurrencies the casino accepts or the game library, but the casino’s bonus program.
I’m not sure, though, because the biggest issue with the bonus program is the sometimes vague terms. I was left with too many questions when trying to assess the casino’s bonuses.
That being the case, the number of no-wager bonuses available at Crypto-Games seems incredible to me. It’s rare to find no-wager bonuses, never mind this many of them available this frequently. Bonus hunters will be particularly excited, I think.
Not to say that Crypto-Games doesn’t do crypto well. It does, indeed. The casino accepts numerous currencies, including many of the most popular.
Similarly, Crypto-Games does games well, too. Ok, at least slot games it does, as there are more than 6,000 slots. If you’re looking for live casino games, Crypto-Games has only a small selection, so you might be better served elsewhere if those games are your preference.
It should maybe go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway to be sure everyone knows, but if you don’t want to play with crypto, then you don’t want to play at Crypto-Games, because players can only withdraw to a crypto-wallet here.
My Crypto-Games review concludes with a 58/100 final rating.
