After going through 777vault’s website, I found the casino to reveal very little about how it keeps players safe. Besides having Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, the casino did not disclose its security measures.

Players can find a limited FAQ page, but what I could not find was a live chat function, even though the casino stated it had one in multiple places. It did not.
So, I sent an email, which, to my surprise, was answered only a few hours later. Unfortunately, it was clear that the support agent did not read my email and only responded to the subject line. The response was of zero help to me and assumed I wanted something I was not enquiring about.

777vault wasn’t difficult to get around in, but I didn’t enjoy it. I think a sidebar menu would be helpful.
