Something that really stood out to me is the “Help a Friend” section, which clearly explains how to recognise the signs and what to do next. It’s really good. That said, I’d still like to see loss and wager limits, as well as reality checks and session timers.

Wagering is set at 35x the bonus amount. That’s slightly lower than the 40x or more you often see elsewhere. Each bonus needs to be cleared within 30 days of activation, which is a good amount of time. While wagering is active, the maximum bet is capped at $5. Free spins are worth $0.10 each.

Once I moved past the welcome package, I came across a few other ongoing promotions at Qbet aimed at Canadian players.

Payment methods at Qbet in Canada

Once I opened the cashier, it was obvious who it was aimed at. Interac is highlighted, and there’s a decent mix of traditional casino payment methods. This is what the casino accepts:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal at Qbet

Minimum deposits start at $10 if you’re using Interac, MuchBetter, or a bank transfer, which is lower than what I’ve seen at many offshore sites. Crypto comes in higher, starting from $35, while cards and most e-wallets begin at $20.

When it comes to withdrawals, the minimum is generally $20 across the board. Interac is the exception again, with a $10 minimum. Most methods are capped at $10,000 per withdrawal, although Interac has a lower limit of $3,000.

Qbet also states that 95% of withdrawals are processed instantly.

Fiat isn’t your only option at Qbet. When I selected “Crypto” from the dropdown menu, I was taken to the full list of supported cryptocurrencies:

Crypto deposits start at $35. Once a withdrawal is approved, it’s processed instantly, and I didn’t see any commission fees mentioned.

How to withdraw funds from Qbet

1. Click on “Hello, your name” in the top corner.
2. From the dropdown, choose “Banking.”
3. Open the “Withdraw” section.
4. Pick your preferred withdrawal method and enter the amount.
5. Submit the request.
   

Other important information to know before withdrawing from Qbet:

Things get more interesting once you open the game library. Over 4,000 games are listed, coming from 44+ studios. I spent quite a bit of time going through the catalogue myself.

One noticeable omission is Evolution Gaming. Since it’s widely regarded as one of the leading live casino providers, some premium tables aren’t part of the lineup here.

I counted more than 40 game providers in total, covering many of the well-known studios in the market. So what’s it like to use Qbet day to day? I’ll break down my experience with support, overall navigation, and the mobile version next.

Qbet’s customer support

Support is available at any time through live chat and email. I opened a chat during testing and didn’t wait long for a response. The agent replied in about three minutes and handled my questions in a polite and efficient way.

There’s also a Help Centre with a range of FAQs. At first, I saw just eight categories, though each one opened up to reveal more detailed questions inside.

Language options cover English and French.

User navigation at Qbet

After spending a good amount of time on the site, I got used to the layout quickly. The green and gold colour scheme stands out without feeling overwhelming, and moving between sections felt simple from the start.

• Clean top menu with direct access to the casino, live casino, and promotions.
• Search bar and provider filters to help find specific games.
• Bookmark option for saving favourite titles.
• Cashier and account settings are placed in the top right corner.
  

One small issue: some games not available in Canada still appear in the catalogue.

Qbet doesn’t offer separate mobile apps the way many of the best mobile casinos in Canada do. Access is directly through your mobile browser, though, and it’s built to fit smaller screens properly.

I tried it on desktop and on my iPhone, and the transition between devices felt seamless. A steady Wi-Fi connection works best for live tables.

Popularity of Qbet

Finally, I took my review to the public to see how Qbet is perceived by players. I checked Trustpilot, review forums, and other sources.

Player reputation

Player feedback on Qbet is mixed, with divided opinions on Trustpilot. Positive reviews often mention quick verification, fast withdrawals, and strong game variety. 

On the downside, some players report withdrawal delays, disputes over confiscated funds, spam emails, and repetitive support replies. A few also question RTP levels on certain providers.

Market visibility

Qbet has been operating since 2022 and has built moderate visibility in Canada. It appears on several major review platforms (over 800 on TrustPilot), but doesn’t have a strong social media presence, and I didn’t find it actively discussed on Reddit or gambling forums. I did find an active Telegram channel, followed by 10,000+ members, used to post updates and exclusive promotions, though.

Is Qbet Worth It?

Qbet held up well during my testing, though it’s not without its drawbacks.

It operates under a valid Curaçao licence and includes a responsible gambling toolkit that goes beyond the bare minimum. New players receive a three-deposit package worth up to $2,250 and 100 free spins, with a 35x wagering requirement.

The real standout is the cashback system: daily 5% cashback, 20% rakeback, and weekly live casino cashback, all paid in real money with no wagering attached.

The $10 minimum deposit is a strong point for Canadians, and the 95% instant withdrawal claim held up during my testing.

There is still room for improvement. The live casino feels limited without Evolution Gaming, the VIP programme is invite-only, and Interac withdrawals are capped at $3,000. A dedicated mobile app and better geo-filtering of unavailable games would also improve the overall experience.
