After going through MoiCasino’s Responsible Gambling page, I found the following resources available to players:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits

It’s good that MoiCasino has all the basics, but I feel like a lot of RG tools are missing. I want to see casinos that offer players loss, wager, and session limits, along with deposit limits. I want to see casinos that offer reality checks, along with a session timer. In many ways, MoiCasino comes up short with its responsible gambling page, even though it covers all the basics.

What makes MoiCasino safe

Here’s what I uncovered about Cashed’s website security by surveying the casino’s website:

• Information is collected on a secure (SSL) server
• Financial information is not stored on the website
• Passwords are stored in an encrypted form
• Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer Policy
• Detailed Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  

MoiCasino tells us enough to know the website is safe, but I do wish there were other measures, such as a Data Protection Officer and two-factor authentication for players’ accounts.

A few more RG tools, and a couple of additional security features, and MoiCasino could have crushed this section.

Bonuses and offers at MoiCasino

Here, I pivot my MoiCasino review, like most players would, to check out the casino bonuses. I’ll look at the casino’s welcome bonus, any regular offers and promotions, the available tournaments, and the loyalty program. 

MoiCasino’s welcome bonus

Casino welcome bonuses are sometimes the most attractive aspect a casino offers, at least on first glance. So, what does MoiCasino offer new players?

New players at MoiCasino can claim a 200% bonus of up to $1,500 with their first deposit of at least $30. 

The bonus money comes with a 30x wagering requirement, which is thankfully on the low end of the industry average. What isn’t as friendly is the 3-day window players have to satisfy those requirements.

Still, the high match percentage and friendly wagering are an appealing combination.

Regular bonuses

While MoiCasino offers players daily cashback, those bonuses are not available in Canada. I could not find any regular bonuses available in Canada, in fact. A shame.

Promotion and tournaments

3 competitions were running during my MoiCasino review, including a drops & wins tournament from Pragmatic Play and another from Playson with a $15,000,000 prize pool.

MoiCasino’s VIP/loyalty program

I found no mention of a MoiCasino loyalty program, so I asked the casino’s live chat support about it.

I was still waiting for a response from the “live” agent 3 hours later.

If there is a loyalty program, it’s likely of the sort that the casino contacts you when they determine you’re “loyal” enough. For my review, we won’t be speculating: nothing exists.

MoiCasino accepts a good list of casino payment methods for deposits in Canada and fewer for withdrawals:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times

At MoiCasino, the minimum deposit is $30, and the minimum withdrawal is $75. Those are both high.

Withdrawals are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days, and then can take an additional 5 business days to reach your account. 

Neither of those is that bad, relative to the next piece of information for you: that MoiCasino charges a $4.50 fee to process a withdrawal.

MoiCasino accepts a wide range of cryptocurrencies in Canada for deposits and withdrawals. This list should satisfy almost any crypto user:

3. Choose your payment method.
4. Enter the amount.

Other important information to know when withdrawing from MoiCasino:

• All deposits must be wagered at least once before being withdrawn.
• MoiCasino reserves the right to charge processing fees for withdrawals, and the casino generally charges $4.50 per withdrawal, regardless of the payment method.

Recommended slots you can play at MoiCasino

MoiCasino’s collection of online slots is packed with big hits and recognizable brands, like the Sweet Bonanza series or the Rich and Cat Wilde series. 

The collection includes rooms for drops & wins and bonus buy slots, but not much else, which is disappointing. I’d really like to see MoiCasino add rooms for categories like instant games, megaways slots, cluster slots, and others.

Still, there are a load of top-tier games and exciting slots. These are some I’d recommend:

Live dealer tables available at MoiCasino

MoiCasino’s selection of live casino games is not organized in any way, but it isn’t very big anyway, with fewer than 40 tables. What’s good is that the selection comes from top live casino providers in Vivogaming, Winfinity, and Pragmatic Play, offering options for roulette, baccarat, and blackjack. There are live tables for sic bo, dragon tiger, and poker, as well.

In fact, there is a lobby for even more blackjack tables (it’s a very long list once you’re in there, probably adding another 100 blackjack tables). A lobby for game shows is also available, although many of the games listed there are already listed within MoiCasino’s live casino section (Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Mega Wheel, etc.).

User experience at MoiCasino

Next, my MoiCasino review assesses the casino’s user experience by testing its customer support channels, assessing the navigation of its website, and examining its performance on mobile devices.

MoiCasino’s Help Centre includes an organized collection of FAQs. 

The 24-7 live chat is screened by an AI agent who is a step up from the FAQ page.

As I’ve mentioned above, though, when it was time to transfer me to a live agent, I waited for hours and in the end gave up. My session actually timed out twice while I was waiting for support.

There is an email address I tried, but I am still waiting for a response from that as well.

(Update: I finally received an email response about 4 days later, but that response did not seem to understand the very simple question, and did not answer a thing. Very unreliable.)

User navigation at MoiCasino

I quite liked the look of MoiCasino. It’s clean and white; simple and easy to look at. 

Similarly, it’s easy to get around in as well. All the necessities are located in the footer, and the main menu across the top is clear.

Part of the reason it might be so easy is that it’s so simple, with only a few different game rooms. I mean, there aren’t many places in MoiCasino to go! 

I wish the casino made more of an effort to organize its library into more rooms.

MoiCasino’s mobile experience

MoiCasino is ready for mobile use. The casino’s website is on par with many of the best mobile casinos, optimized for phones and tablets. 

What some of those casinos have that MoiCasino doesn’t is a mobile app, so those of you looking for a downloadable commodity will have to find it at a different casino.

MoiCasino offers a typical user experience, except where its support is concerned; that’s where the casino falls a bit short.

Arriving at my MoiCasino review’s final juncture, we step online to garner an impression of what the public thinks about the casino.

If it really was my casino, I think I would change a few things.

What I wouldn’t need to change much about, though, is MoiCasino’s welcome bonus. I’d tweak the window to give players more time to meet the requirements, but this is otherwise pretty close to a homerun of a new player bonus.

I wouldn’t need to change much about accepted payment methods either. Sure, I’d add more fiat withdrawal methods, but otherwise, the numerous cryptocurrencies accepted along with the numerous deposit methods make MoiCasino at least a triple in this regard.

It’s with the banking that I would find my biggest change, though. MoiCasino includes a $4.50 withdrawal fee, which a hard “No” in my books.

The game library will get us back on track again, as it could use only some tweaks itself: I’d add more game providers to improve the depth of the already full of hits slot selection, while beefing up the live casino a bit. The library is good, but if MoiCasino was my casino, I’d make it great.

MoiCasino’s support team would need to be addressed, too, because that was a disappointing experience.

Indeed, a few tweaks, and my version of the casino would be rockin’! Instead, what we get leaves my MoiCasino review to conclude with a 57/100 final rating.
