Following our ‘How We Review Casinos‘ page, I have organized my Oncasino review by the six pillars upon which our methodology is founded:
- Oncasino’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
- Bonuses and offers from Oncasino
- Payment methods accepted by Oncasino
- Oncasino’s game selection
- The user experience at Oncasino
- Popularity of Oncasino
Oncasino’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
My Oncasino review focuses first on player safety, the first aspect our casino reviews always begin with. I’ll inspect the casino’s iGaming licence, responsible gambling page, and the security measures it has in place.
| Legal gambling age |
|---|
| The legal gambling age in Canada is 19 years old, although Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec require individuals to be 18. Online casinos must verify every player’s age to prevent minors from gambling. Provinces and territories are regulated provincially. Ontario’s gambling market, for example, is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Read more on our Licensing page. |
Oncasino’s licences
Oncasino lists its licence number and a link to the licence’s validation.
- Anjouan Gaming – Licence No. ALSI202506049-FI2
Responsible gambling in Oncasino
This is what I found on Oncasino’s Responsible Gambling page:
- Basic safe gaming tips and advice
- A self-assessment test
- Links to Help organizations
- Self-exclusions for a minimum of 6 months via support
- A link to a parental control filter
While Oncasino provides players with all of the essentials, it fails to offer many tools. Self-exclusions are important, but what about cool-down periods for less than 6 months? What about personal limits for deposits, losses, bets, or session lengths? What about reality checks or session timers? All of these tools make responsible play easier for players, so Oncasino misses by not having them.
| Addiction risk: play responsibly |
|---|
| Casino games are intended to be fun for all players, but if they do not exercise safe play, gambling can become addictive and lead to harmful consequences. We encourage players to look out for signs that might indicate problem gambling: – Chasing losses – Money-borrowing to gamble – Extended playing times – Wagering with more money than intended – Hiding your gambling activity from other people If you recognize any of these signs, we recommend reaching out to any of the following organizations: – ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) – Canada Safety Council – Gambling Therapy |
What makes Oncasino safe
These are the security measures I found on Oncasino’s website:
- SSL-encryption
- Password-protected database
- Secure network behind state-of-the-art firewall software
- Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions, User Agreement, KYC Policy, Underage Gaming Policy, and Privacy Policy
I really like how Oncasino has broken up its policies into multiple documents. They’re easier to read on their own. I would like to see the casino add two-factor authentication, but it does a good job otherwise of providing a secure environment that players can trust.
My rating of Oncasino’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
Safe and secure, but Oncasino could add responsible gambling tools and 2FA protection.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 7/7 | I want to easily find a casino’s licence information and a link to the licence’s validation, and that is exactly what I get from Oncasino. |
| Responsible Gambling | 4/7 | Oncasino has a Responsible Gambling page that offers the essentials, but few of the tools that facilitate safe play. |
| Security | 4.5/6 | Oncasino has a secure platform, but I’d like to see 2FA added and a few extra details about the security in place. |
| More tools needed |
|---|
| Oncasino needs more responsible gambling tools to be given a higher rating than 15.5/20. |
Bonuses and offers at Oncasino
As my Oncasino review turns its attention to the casino’s bonus program, I focus on the casino’s welcome bonus, regular promotions, tournaments, and loyalty program.
| Bonus risks |
|---|
| Players should be aware that bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be satisfied to acquire the bonus money. Often, those requirements mean players must bet the bonus amount 30 or 40 or more times over before they can withdraw it. Players should take note that over 80% of players lose money with casino bonuses. |
Oncasino’s welcome bonus
Ok, let me be straightforward: Oncasino doesn’t offer any casino welcome bonuses. Nope, nothing special is set aside for new players.
Instead, Oncasino offers all players a daily first deposit welcome bonus.

The first deposit of at least $20 on any day can claim a 30% bonus up to $300. That’s every day.
Now, that seems mildly appealing until you note the low wagering requirements of only 5x! That’s when the daily welcome offer becomes pretty darn awesome.
Regular bonuses
So, since players get a welcome bonus every day, it seems like Oncasino might be tapped out for regular bonuses, right?
Ya, no – that might seem like the case, but the truth is that players have the choice of claiming a bonus with every deposit. The bonus is worth 10% of the deposit up to an unlimited amount.

The best part about Oncasino’s “Every Deposit Bonus Event” is the bonus’s 3x wagering requirements. Every deposit is met with a low-wagering bonus at Oncasino.
In addition to the Every Deposit Bonus, the casino is currently offering a New Year bonus. The offer is structured in the opposite way as Oncasino’s other bonuses: players can claim a 200% bonus up to $2,000 that comes with 200x wagering requirements.
The casino also offers 1% daily cashback on your wagers. The cashback comes with 5x wagering requirements.
Promotions and tournaments
I could not find any tournaments available during my Oncasino review, but the casino does offer a referral program. Players are awarded with $10 of real money when they refer a new player who deposits at least $10.
Oncasino’s VIP/loyalty program
30 levels comprise Oncasino’s loyalty program. Players are awarded for levelling up, although not all levels reward the player with a bonus. I could not find any other benefits to the program.
| Levels | Turnover | Deposit Req. | Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-10 | $5,000 – $350,000 | $75 – $5,250 | $4 – $45 |
| 11-20 | $500,000 – $13,000,000 | $7,500 – $195,000 | $110 – $1,800 |
| 21-30 | $18,000,000 – $350,000,000 | $270,000 – $5,250,000 | $4,200 – $15,000 |
My rating of bonuses available at Oncasino
Oncasino has a unique bonus program that offers daily benefits to all players.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 5.5/7 | It’s not a welcome bonus in the traditional sense from Oncasino, but a welcome every day is pretty good, especially with the low wagering requirements. |
| Regular Offers | 3/4 | Every deposit can be met with a bonus, and there is daily cashback. Still, the casino lacks tournaments, and the bonuses are for smaller amounts. |
| VIP/Loyalty Program | 1.5/4 | It’s a semblance of a loyalty program at Oncasino. If rewards came at every level, then that would be better, but I’d still like to see more benefits to players. |
| Unique and regular |
|---|
| I love that Oncasino is trying different things with its bonus program and that there are daily opportunities with low wagering requirements, but a clearer and improved loyalty program would raise this 10/15 rating. |
Payment methods at Oncasino in Canada
Unfortunately, Oncasino does not accept any fiat casino payment methods in Canada.
| Financial risks |
|---|
| This is a reminder that gambling involves real money. Gambling involves financial risk. Casinos do not operate without being favoured to win, which means most players lose over time. Remember to set limits before playing and only gamble what you can afford to lose. |
Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times
The minimum deposit at Oncasino is 10 USDT (or equivalent). Crypto is processed almost immediately.
Cryptocurrency accepted at Oncasino in Canada
You might think Oncasino accepts a long list of cryptocurrencies in Canada, given it doesn’t accept any fiat methods. This is not the way Oncasino has decided to operate, though; instead, choosing to accept only the most stable cryptocurrencies available:
| The dangers of using cryptocurrency |
|---|
| Players should note that using cryptocurrency comes with risks. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; their values fluctuate frequently and rapidly. It is not stable nor guarantee, and the Government of Canada, the Bank of Canada, and other financial institutions do not back crypto. This leaves users vulnerable to losing large amounts of money. We strongly recommend setting financial limits and investing only what you can afford to lose. |
Step-by-step guide on how to withdraw from Oncasino
- Click the green “Deposit” button in the top right.
- Switch to the “Withdraw” tab.
- Select the cryptocurrency.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Enter your wallet’s information.
- Click “Withdraw.”
Other important information to know when withdrawing from Oncasino:
- A 1x wager is required of all deposited funds for withdrawal, or an 8% fee may be deducted from the withdrawal.
- Oncasino reserves the right to, at any time, request identity verification, which requires providing the casino with the following documentation:
- A copy of a government-issued photo ID
- Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or bank statement
- Selfie holding the ID document
My rating of Oncasino’s payment methods
Crypto users: Oncasino is for you.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Options | 0/7 | Oncasino does not accept any fiat payment methods. |
| Minimum Deposit & Payment Processing Times | 3.5/4 | The minimum deposit amount is decent. Processing times are excellent. |
| Cryptocurrency | 2.5/4 | Oncasino accepts only 5 cryptocurrencies, despite not accepting any fiat methods. |
| Crypto only |
|---|
| Oncasino is a crypto-only casino, which hurts its rating here greatly. It could still accept more cryptocurrencies, though, which holds its 6/15 rating back further. |
Oncasino’s games selection
Here, I turn my Oncasino review towards the casino’s games. I’ll look at its online slots, live table games, and the providers.

| Casino games warning |
|---|
| Players should keep in mind the fact that casino games are games of chance. While licensed games are tested for fairness by third parties, they are also weighted in favour of the casino. It’s considered “fair” that the casino is favoured to win, and it shouldn’t be surprising to hear, therefore, that most players lose over time. Players should remember that casino games are a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. |
Recommended slots you can play at Oncasino
I had a frustrating experience searching through Oncasino’s online slots collection. No page shows a full list of the slots available. Going to the “slots” category is oddly limited to a list of 12 games.
There are some game categories, but not nearly enough. I’d like to see rooms for megaways slots, cluster pays, crash games, and other types, but Oncasino doesn’t give us that.
Once you find them, the selection is still loaded with great games, though. These are a few of my favourite:
Live dealer tables at Oncasino in Canada
While there are live options for baccarat, sic bo, dragon tiger, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and roulette, Oncasino has one of the smallest live casinos I’ve seen, with not much more than a dozen live casino games only. There are no game shows at OshCasino either.

Popular game providers Oncasino works with
Nearly 70 game providers work with Oncasino in Canada. The roster includes an interesting mix of hitmakers and niche studios: Habanero, KA Gaming, InOut, PG Soft, Microgaming, Relax Gaming, Skywind Group, Spribe, Onlyplay, and Nolimit City.
My rating of Oncasino’s games selection
I’d like to see more organization in Oncasino’s game selection, but, more importantly, it needs to beef up its live casino.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Variety | 5.5/7 | The game selection at Oncasino is good, but it’s hard to discern due to its lack of organization. |
| Live Casino Experience | 0.5/4 | Less than 15 tables and no game shows reside in Oncasino’s live casino. |
| Game Providers | 3/4 | Oncasino has an interesting mix of game providers working with it. |
| More from the live casino |
|---|
| Oncasino lacks a sizeable live casino, leaving it with a 9/15 rating. |
User experience at Oncasino
Now, I inspect the casino’s customer support, website navigation, and mobile performance to provide my Oncasino review with an assessment of the casino’s user experience.
Oncasino’s customer support
7 questions comprise Oncasino’s FAQ page. The answers to those questions are what I would call “partially helpful.”
There is a live chat function that requires you to leave a message with a subject line. I did so, and then I received responses a few minutes later, but I could not respond directly to them. The system was incredibly clunky and the worst live chat system I have ever seen. I did not receive proper answers to my questions either.
Just to pile it on my disappointment, Oncasino does not have an email contact.
| Contact | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| N/A | N/A | |
| live chat | 24/7 on the website | 3-20 minutes |
User navigation at Oncasino
I really liked the look of Oncasino. It’s sleek. The game cards are a good size, and the sidebar menu function is great.
Otherwise, the navigation around the site isn’t nearly as smooth. I found myself bouncing back and forth between pages, trying to understand things.
In addition, and as I’ve previously mentioned, the game selection needs organization. Certainly, there should be a page for me to scroll through the slots, but I could not find one in Oncasino.
Oncasino mobile experience
Players can install Oncasino on their mobile browser’s home page for easy access. It isn’t exactly the same as a mobile app, which the majority of the best mobile casinos in Canada have, but it still allows players to log in ot their Oncasino account quickly.
Of course, those who prefer not to install quick links to their home page can still access Oncasino’s fully optimized website.

My rating of Oncasino’s user experience
I had some serious issues with Oncasino’s customer support, which harmed the user experience.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | 1/7 | Oncasino has no email contact, only 7 FAQs, and a live chat that doesn’t function properly and did not solve a single question I posed. |
| User Navigation | 2/4 | A good look doesn’t save Oncasino’s interface from its weaknesses or from its disorganized game library. |
| Mobile Experience | 3/4 | Oncasino can be installed on mobile home pages and is fully optimized for mobile use. |
| Support? |
|---|
| I have yet to find a casino with as poor support as I found at Oncasino, which is the main reason the casino ends up with a 6/15 rating. |
Popularity of Oncasino
To finish my Oncasino review, I turn to the public to get a sense of where the casino stands in the public’s eye.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Player Reputation | 5/10 | I could not find any user reviews about Oncasino online. |
| Market Visibility | 1/10 | I’m giving Oncaisno a point here just because my inability to find reviews about the casino may have something to do with its name, which isn’t incredibly distinct for online searching. Still, the casino’s URL should yield a result on TrustPilot, which it didn’t. |
| Invisible? |
|---|
| Is Oncasino invisible online, because this 6/20 rating is mainly due to it seemingly being so? |
Is this on?
Crypto users will be able to take advantage of Oncasino’s unique bonus program and interesting slot selection, but fiat users will need to go elsewhere.
Taking advantage means exploiting Oncasino’s low-wagering bonuses that are offered daily, including both reload bonuses and cashback.
The game library has exciting slots from studios like Nolimit City and Habanero that you can’t find everywhere. I really wish Oncasino grew its live casino, but it at least has live options for most table games.
The casino has a lot of shortcomings, though, and not merely because it doesn’t accept fiat payments. I was more than simply disappointed by the customer support available from Oncasino, which is practically non-existent.
These and other smaller blemishes (such as the aforementioned live casino) lead my Oncasino review to conclude with a 52/100 final rating.
