Our review method has us start every review with an inspection of the casino’s player safety. Safety is a priority, so every casino we review must first pass a safety check. Magic365 offers near-perfect Responsible Gambling support. The casino provides the following RG resources:

Magic365 has done a superb job with its Responsible Gambling resources. The tools are excellent. The casino has gone above and beyond in most ways. For example, I expect to see at least one link to a help organization, but hope to see two or three. Magic365 has nine links to help organizations listed. That’s the most I’ve ever seen. Most of the casino’s RG page and tools feel this way.
I do have one incredibly small nitpick and another that isn’t much more of a criticism. The former is that the Responsible Gambling page could be easier to read, although only by degrees (just changing the text colour for headers and the like would do wonders, e.g.). The latter is that Magic365 could have wager limits and reality checks. Interestingly, both of those tools are mentioned on the RG page, but I could find none of them as possibilities in my player profile. Still, for what Magic365 does provide, these are hardly significant criticisms.

What makes Magic365 safe
Here’s what my search through the casino’s website for security information yielded for my Magic365 review:
- Cryptographic protocol TSL 1.2 encryption
- Clear Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Separate Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy
Magic365 does a good job of articulating its Privacy Policy clearly. I like that its AML policy is separate from the Terms and Conditions. TSL 1.2 encryption makes me feel secure, but I do wish there were two-factor authentication available to provide additional protection for my account. Also, is there no Data Protection Officer? I’d like to know those things.

The real magic to be had from online casinos is from their available bonuses, so here, I focus my Magic365 review on the casino’s welcome bonus, regular promotions, and loyalty program.

Magic365 gives new players one of those casino welcome bonuses that are worth remembering.
New players at Magic365 can claim up to $4,200 and 250 free spins with their first three deposits.
The wagering requirements for the bonus money and the free spins are 45x, and players have 7 days to meet them.

I love it when casinos give new players a choice of welcome bonuses, so I’m happy to see this with Magic365. The choices here are pretty good, too.
The 150% match is excellent for the first and third matches.
The match amount of $1,400 (which is not mentioned on the website, but is something I had to contact support to find out) is solid. (Why aren’t they stating that, though?)
I also like the slots that the free spins are good for.
The wagering requirements are a bit high, though, and 7 days isn’t a long time to have to meet them.
Another thing that bothered me was that the website was unclear that there are three deposit matches: the casino presents them as if they are individual welcome bonuses that players have a choice between. That won’t cost them here, but it will when it comes to the user experience.
Regular bonuses
Players at Magic365 can take advantage of several regular bonuses:
- No-wager Cashback: Players can claim $1 cashback for every $300 bet at Magic365, without a wagering requirement.
- Bonus Money: Players can claim $2 of bonus money for every $300 bet with a wagering requirement of 70x.
- Free Spins: Players can claim 1 free spin worth $2 for every $300 bet. The free spin comes with 0x wagering requirements.
- Weekly Bonus: Once every 7 days, players can claim 30 free spins on a PG Soft slot with a minimum deposit of $80. (45x wagering requirements)
In addition to the above, Magic365 has missions that include no-wager free spins as the reward.
The program looks busier than it is, I think. For starters, the one reload bonus with a minimum deposit of $80 and wagering requirements of 45x is weak, relative to what other casinos are offering in Canada. I mean, it isn’t a horrible program, but there isn’t too much to get excited about either.
Promotion and tournaments
While the bonuses are generally unexciting, I wouldn’t blame anyone for being excited by Magic365’s available tournaments.
The casino itself hosts a daily tournament and a weekly one. Four more network tournaments, two from Pragmatic Play and one from BGaming and Spinomenal each, were running during my Magic365 review, with prize pools that ranged from €60,000 to €25,000,000.
Magic365 offered several lotteries, as well, with prize pools ranging from $15,000 and $70,000.
Magic365’s VIP/loyalty program
Magic365 does not have a loyalty program, although the missions and instant cashback rewards function as a type of loyalty program.

Those who like tournaments or lotteries will like Magic365’s bonus program, but those who want great bonuses with friendly wagering requirements are likely to be much less pleased.

User navigation at Magic365
Magic365 has a typical design, with its main menu on the left side and submenus across the top of pages. I wish it explained its promotions more clearly. What the casino does incredibly well, though, is organize its library. I was impressed with the number of categories and themes the casino uses to divide its library. It makes searching for games enjoyable.

The final section of my Magic365 review sees me search the web for a sense of the public’s opinion of the casino. I read through websites, like TrustPilot and Reddit, along with social media platforms, to get a feel for how popular Magic365 really is.

Hocus pocus
Magic365 does bring quite a bit of magic to the casino experience.
20,000 casino games from more than 180 game providers is a pretty magical situation to find yourself in as a player. I don’t think anyone reading this would dispute that.
It never gets spoken of enough, but the responsible gambling resources Magic365 arms players with are magical in their own right. It’s rare to find an online casino that has put as much thought into its responsible gambling efforts as Magic365 has.
New players are given a huge welcome bonus with excellent match percentages and an increasing number of free spins (remember to always be cognizant of the wagering requirements, which in this case are a bit high).
If you like tournaments or lotteries, Magic365 has a wide variety of in-house and network tournaments, as well as plenty of lotteries.
The casino even has a mobile app for those who prefer to play on the go.
Not everything is pure magic, though. The casino lacks a proper loyalty program (even if it has promotions that act similarly), in fact, it’s bonus program is generally fairly plain. The wagering requirements aren’t bad, but they aren’t good either.
Magic365 could accept more payment methods for withdrawals, and the fact that the casino does not accept cryptocurrencies at all is a definite knock against it.
The casino lost points for its lack of popularity, but my Magic365 review mostly liked the casino and concludes with a 73.5/100 final rating.
