Wild Tokyo has a well-written and fairly thorough responsible gambling page. It works to be of help. The casino offers useful information and advice, including links to a self-assessment test, help organizations, and parental control filters. Wild Tokyo also provides tools to set reality checks (every 60, 90, or 180 minutes) and breaks (for 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week). Players can also request a self-exclusion by emailing the casino’s support team.
It’s a good page, but it is also missing some important tools. Reality checks are excellent, but what about setting limits to deposits, losses, wagers, or session lengths? These are incredibly useful tools that encourage responsible gambling, and as far as I’m concerned, they should be offered at every online casino operating in Canada.

What makes Wild Tokyo safe
I read Wild Tokyo’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and every page of the website to uncover the casino’s security measures, and this is what I found:

- Detailed Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Wild Tokyo has transparent Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies in place. However, I would prefer to see the Know Your Customer policy and, especially, the Anti-Money Laundering policy as separate pages. Giving players the ability to set 2-factor authentication for their accounts is a nice feature. The casino does a reasonable job of explaining its security, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a few more details.

When I assess casino bonuses, I like to look at the bonus money or free spins totals, obviously, but also the wagering requirements, which are not to be forgotten. Here, my Wild Tokyo review considers those things while looking at the casino’s welcome bonus, regular bonuses, tournaments, and VIP program.

New players can claim up to $4,500, 600 free spins, and 15 casino coins over their first 3 deposits.
Now, those totals are a bit tricky, as players need to claim the casino’s Highroller 1st deposit bonus to receive the 600 free spins, as well as claim up to $4,500 in bonus money. Otherwise, the offer is up to $2,650 and 550 free spins for minimum deposits of $70. Or, the offer without the free spins for deposits of only $30.

The total free spins amount from this offer is awesome, even without claiming the highroller bonus to start things off, but there are aspects of this that make me hesitate.
The bonus money and winnings from free spins come with 50x wagering requirements. I consider 40x to be the average, so these terms are high. Players also only have 5 days to meet those requirements, which is not a lot of time. Together, these make the offer a little unfriendly. I’d also like to see better match percentages on the second and third deposits.
That said, I love how players are given several options to suit their own budgets, and even the economic route allows players to claim up to $2,650, which is still a healthy amount. Also, did I mention that I love free spins?
Wild Tokyo’s regular bonuses
Players in Canada have more offers to take advantage of from Wild Tokyo than merely its welcome bonus. The list features daily bonuses for things like free spins and casino coins, weekly reload bonuses, and cashback bonuses.
These were the bonuses that were available during my Wild Tokyo review:
- Daily Bonuses: Wild Tokyo drops new bonuses every 24 hours. The offers can be reload bonuses, free spins offers, or casino coin bonuses, and they require a $40 deposit minimum. Bonus money and winnings from free spins come with 50x wagering requirements.
- Daily Cashback: Wild Tokyo offers all players a daily cashback bonus of 5% up to $75 of the total deposits made during the calendar day. Cashback comes with 30x wagering requirements.
- Weekly Reload Bonus: Every Wednesday, players can claim a reload bonus of 40% up to $300 with a deposit of at least $30. Players have 5 days to meet the 50x wagering requirements.
- Weekend Reload Bonus: From Friday through Sunday, players can claim a reload bonus of 60% up to $400 with a deposit of at least $30. Players have 5 days to meet the 50x wagering requirements.
Again, the issue here is the high wagering requirements that Wild Tokyo’s bonuses come with. There’s a nice variety of bonuses, though, especially with the daily drops and cashback (which has more reasonable wagering requirements), so players should feel pretty taken care of by Wild Tokyo.
Promotions and tournaments
During my Wild Tokyo review, I found daily tournaments for free spins and casino coins, a weekly tournament for a combination of both of those, and tournaments linked to provider networks for prize pools of up to €10,000,000. The casino offers a bit of everything and plenty to choose from when it comes to tournaments.

I love the cashback available from Wild Tokyo’s loyalty program, and I also love the fact that the level-up rewards come in the form of free spins. I really wish there was a reward for reaching level 2, though. Also, the website does not explain how many loyalty points are required to reach the various levels, which leaves the program dubious to me (and customer support was unable to clarify that, which I explain below).

Wild Tokyo’s minimum deposit amount varies between $10 and $30 for fiat methods, but is $75 for cryptocurrencies. Pretty good for fiat users, not great for crypto users.
The minimum withdrawal is $30 for fiat methods and $80 for cryptocurrencies, although Ripple has a minimum of $70. Similar to the deposit minimums, good for fiat, not as good for crypto. The maximum withdrawal is $7,000 across the board.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours and can take an additional 5 business days to reach the player’s account. It’s not bad, but not great either.

User experience at Wild Tokyo
Here, I focus my Wild Tokyo review on the experience players have at the casino. That means assessing the casino’s customer support, navigation, and mobile experience.

Wild Tokyo’s customer support was prompt to respond at first, but when they didn’t know the answer to my question, they disappeared for long periods. They had difficulty understanding the casino’s loyalty program and could not properly clarify how the program worked. I honestly felt I understood things better than they did, which was frustrating. Other questions received irrelevant answers, which was only more frustrating. This was consistent across the three different agents I spoke to over the span of about 5 hours.
Of course, I always check the FAQ page first, and I did so in this case, but it was a limited selection of answers and did not have what I was looking for, unfortunately. Players in Canada can try the Contact form or email as well, but the 24/7 live chat is fastest.
User navigation at Wild Tokyo
The navigation around Wild Tokyo is pretty straightforward, although it wasn’t always perfect. A “Useful Materials” page linked from the Terms and Conditions yields a 404 page, for example. The sidebar does a good job providing players with a compass, but I really wish there were game menus on there as well.
As alluded to above, the game library isn’t the most organized, in particular the live casino, so that could be improved. All the legalities are easily found in the footer, and general movement around the website is easy.
Wild Tokyo’s mobile experience
The best mobile casinos in Canada typically have a mobile app, which Wild Tokyo does not. That isn’t to say that Wild Tokyo’s mobile experience is poor, though. Quite the contrary, the casino provides players with a reliable website, optimized for mobile use.
I wish the website took over the screen the way so many other mobile casinos do, but that is an almost negligible criticism. Players can rely on Wild Tokyo for a quality mobile experience.

Every turn offers fun
Overall, I would say that Wild Tokyo is a good casino for players in Canada, but not one without imperfections.
The casino is trustworthy and safe, which is most important, even if I’d like to see a few more responsible gambling tools.
Wild Tokyo provides players with a plethora of payment options, including numerous cryptocurrencies, accommodating most players. Withdrawals could be a bit faster, though.
The bonus program is packed with what I like to call “juice,” that is, lucrative offers and lots of them. The biggest issue with Wild Tokyo’s bonuses is their high wagering requirements. That said, the casino has cashback bonuses, free spins offers, reload bonuses, and a VIP program that is pure fire. That’s after a welcome bonus that features 600 free spins!
The game library is loaded with over 3,000 games from some top-choice game providers. The live casino is good, too, although it particularly lacks organization. A few more hit slots wouldn’t be the worst thing for Wild Tokyo, either.
Really, the casino just misses a little something at every turn, even if those turns always also offer fun. The experience left my Wild Tokyo review to conclude with a 76/100 final grade.
