Spinanian does not share its licence information on its website, which means I had to waste a lot time trying to find out where they were licensed from, leaving me in a bad place for the rest of the review. Eventually, I learnt where the casino had a licence from:

Since I spent so much time trying to find out Spinania’s licence, I had already gone through the casino’s Responsible Gambling (RG) page by the time I had to review it. These are the resources the casino provides players:

Spinania has a well-written, easy-to-read RG page. I like that there are settings players can control in their player profile for deposit and session limits. While going through Spinania’s website, I collected the following information about the security it employs:

- Intrusion Detection System
- Fraud department
- All financial details are encrypted by trusted payment providers
- System tests by third-party security experts multiple times a year
- Data Protection Officer (contact via support)
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts

Bonuses and offers at Spinania
After establishing the casino as safe, my Spinania review pivots to where most players tend to turn: casino bonuses. I’ll look at the welcome bonus, regular offers, promotions and tournaments, and the loyalty program.
Bonus risks
All bonuses come with wagering requirements. These requirements must be met to gain the bonus money. Typically, these involve wagering the bonus amount 30 or 40 or more times over. Over 80% of players lose money with casino bonuses.
Spinania’s welcome bonus
Spinania markets a large welcome package that includes several casino welcome bonuses on its website, but it does not share the details of it beyond the first deposit. I find that suspicious. Here’s what I know players can claim:
New players at Spinania can claim a 100% bonus of up to $500 and 50 free spins with their first deposit of at least $30.
The bonus money and free spins come with a 45x wagering requirement, which is high. The terms must be met within 14 days, which isn’t bad.
There’s apparently more to the overall package, but even the casino’s live support couldn’t explain it to me, giving me the runaround about screenshots, etc. Very unhelpful.
By itself, Spinania’s first deposit bonus isn’t very appealing; the wagering requirements are the highlight in that regard.
Regular bonuses
Spinania has two regular bonuses:
- Sunday Reload: Once on Sundays, players can claim a 25% bonus up to $150 with a minimum deposit of $45 (code: RELDAY). The bonus comes with 5x wagering.
- Highroller Bonus: Once a week, players can claim a 50% bonus up to $750 with a minimum deposit of $450 (code: 50HIGH). The bonus comes with 35x wagering.
Promotion and tournaments
A wide variety of tournaments, challenges, leagues, and competitions were available during my Spinania review. The busy selection included network tournaments and in-house challenges with prize pools ranging from $3,750 to $18,000,000.

We came for the games, though, didn’t we? I know I did, so I’m turning my Spinania review to the casino’s library of games. I’ll evaluate the casino’s online slots collection, live casino games, and the providers that work with it.
Casino games warning
Players need to keep sight of the fact that casino games are a game of chance. While licensed games are tested by third parties for fairness, they are also weighted in favour of the casino. I’m on the fence with Spinania’s collection of online slots. The library has some unique titles, but also lacks some of the biggest hits in the industry, with providers like Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming all left off the list.

Once there, you’ll find the full list of over 100 games. While I did find Adventures Beyond Wonderland and Fashion TV Meg Party, there was no game shows room, but there are rooms with options for roulette, baccarat, and blackjack. I found no poker tables, though.

User experience at Spinania
Here, I rate the user experience at Spinania by assessing its customer support, website navigation, and mobile performance.
Spinania’s customer support
I was not happy with my experience at Spinania. The casino has a decent FAQ page, although many of the answers refer players elsewhere on the website without supplying any answers.
The 24/7 live chat is screened by an AI chatbot that refused to send me through to a live agent, insisting it could help me with my problem, even though it couldn’t understand the very basic question I was asking. It was frustrating.
Finally, I simply asked for the support email address, and that’s when the chatbot sent me to a live agent! I was stunned, but grateful.
The live agent could not solve my query, asking me to email support instead, but did not supply any address. I had to ask directly for that, which is absurd, since they were giving me a canned response they cut and paste from whatever response chart they use.
Oddly, the live agent gave me a different email address than the one listed on the casino’s website, so I emailed both of them separately to see which would respond faster.
The latter responded first, but in every case, the response was unsatisfactory, typically insisting I send more information. When I asked for support to clarify the welcome package, they asked me where I read about it rather than answering the question. It was very frustrating. It took days of back and forth before I got a semblance of an answer to my query.
So, the FAQ page is kind of a cheat; the live chat is annoying to use and doesn’t have reliable agents; and the email responses are unsatisfactory to say the least.

User navigation at Spinania
The look of Spinnia is nice. I like the purple and orange colour scheme.
The website is easy to get around in, with a useful sidebar menu, and the casino has done a decent job dividing its library into game categories.
That said, I encountered a few small issues at Spinania: a link to the casino’s Instagram account is broken and I cannot find the casino on Instagram; a link from the casino’s Responsible Gambling page meant to take players to their profile page, yields a 404 message as a broken link; and if I click on the live casino link from the sidebar menu, I cannot view a full page of live casino games, but I can access such a page via the regular casino page, which makes no sense.
Spinania’s mobile experience
Spinania may not be my favourite casino, but it definitely stands amongst the best mobile casinos, as it offers not only an optimized website, but a full mobile app as well.
Players will find a website that is redesigned for handheld devices and an app that allows players to skip the login process.

The most basic piece of information a casino can include on its website is a licence. Spinania fails at this most basic of things. To me, that makes it less trustworthy.
You may not agree, which is fine, and you may find many other things about the casino appealing, and Spinania has no shortage of appeal.
This is true if you like loyalty programs. Spinania has a great one.
It’s also true if you like fast withdrawals or if you use cryptocurrencies.
It’s true if you want a mobile app.
It isn’t true of everything, though, as my customer support experience was certainly on the low end of the quality scale.
So, a few missteps contribute to my Spinania review’s 58.5/100 final rating.
