LiliBet doesn’t have many regular bonuses, but I was told that it does offer some players monthly cashback bonuses. Dedicated players will be contacted by LiliBet’s team via email when they are deemed eligible for monthly cashback. Percentages granted depend on the player’s activity. Cashback comes with a 1x wagering requirement and a 10x maximum win amount.
Information about the casino’s cashback program was hard to find on the LiliBet website. I had to speak with the casino’s support team to get the above details, and they remain incomplete because this is as much as the support agent knew. That’s something (a few somethings?) that LiliBet needs to change in my view.
I didn’t find any available tournaments during our LiliBet review, but the casino does offer a daily Wheel of Fortune promotion: deposit $50 for a free spin on the casino’s wheel of fortune that comes with a guaranteed win. A game library that has me begging for more
My LiliBet review started very strongly with the casino’s licensing and security, but it did not stick to that trajectory. The casino’s lack of bonuses and the information about those that (allegedly) exist is a shortcoming that plagued LiliBet’s final grade here, but it wasn’t the only problem I encountered.
Kudos to the customer support agents who spent so much time with me. They were excellent: prompt and as helpful as they could be. The fact that I had to talk to them as much as I did was a serious issue, though.
It was less of an issue, but an issue all the same, that LiliBet does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrencies. I’m used to seeing online casinos in Canada that accept either one or the other of those, but never not both. Processing times are pretty quick, so that’s good.
It might sound like I’m just trying to find things to complain about, but believe me when I say the opposite is true: I’m begging to find things to love about LiliBet. Thankfully, the casino does offer a good library of games, and, when it comes to the live casino, it’s an excellent selection I feel comfortable praising.
Sure, the user navigation and mobile experience are good, too. Still, I’m begging here, which is why I’ll conclude my LiliBet review with a 56/100 final grade.
