Phone support is not available, and each day there may be a 30-minute period when none of the agents can be reached due to a “Lunch Break.”

Taking your best shot

Shotz matched some of my expectations, but not fully.

It operates under an Estonian licence and provides a detailed set of responsible gambling tools that go beyond the bare minimum. The 100 wager-free welcome spins are an interesting way to approach new players, but they are not as consistent as a traditional deposit match. Banking options meet my criteria and are supported by low minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts. The game selection is broad enough, with over 2,500 titles and a live casino section.

There are still areas that could be stronger. Ongoing promotions are limited, there’s no dedicated mobile app, and withdrawal caps may feel restrictive for high-volume players. Trustpilot feedback is mixed, which suggests the experience isn’t always consistent.
