I was nearly caught out by the minimum deposit, as it’s $10 for the site but $20 for the welcome bonus, so keep this in mind. $10 should suit most players, but the insistence on a 24-hour pending withdrawal period (excluding weekends), meant I had to wait several days for my funds. It’s definitely not a fast payout casino.

Customer support was a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, I loved that I wasn’t immediately connected to a chatbot. However, the first time I waited 15 minutes and was then disconnected and logged out. The other times, it took over 20 minutes to get a reply. They were helpful and professional, but slow.

You’re either going to love or hate the layout of Grizzly’s Quest. It’s very simple, with a gamified edge, and while it looks great, it can be hard to find what you’re looking for at times.

I couldn’t find a mobile app for iOS or Android, but the mobile website is arguably better than the desktop one. The site has a mobile-first feel to it, which might explain the minimalist aesthetic.

There are big pluses and minuses here. The layout is unique, but not always easy to use; the customer support is helpful and professional, but waiting times are slow. It’s a mixed bag, but it wouldn’t take much to improve things.

I found a disappointing 2.9/5 Trustpilot score for Grizzly’s Quest, but it only has seven reviews and is an unclaimed profile. Scores are much better on gambling review sites.

It tried something different and (mostly) succeeded

Grizzly’s Quest looks like no other casino I’ve seen. It’s quirky and fun, and the loyalty program and regular offers create a degree of gamification. The operators also know this industry better than most, so it’s no surprise to see regular promotions, top games, human support agents, and modest wagering requirements.

It’s not perfect, though. Live chat is slow, withdrawals are even slower, and they really need to update their payment methods. Still, it’s an excellent effort well worthy of a high score.
