GGVegas offers customer support via email or via live chat within the app. Both of these options are reliable since customer support is quick to respond. When I reached out to email support, I had an answer within 10 minutes. I found the agents to be direct but friendly, and they didn’t hold back any information. You can also send a ticket request via the Help page on the GGVegas website.

The Help page has the FAQs, which has a short list of nine essential questions, but then has more questions divided into categories: account, security, RG, games, bonuses, payments, and technical queries.

User Navigation at GGVegas

GGVegas doesn’t do too well when it comes to online feedback. There are only two reviews on TrustPilot, but they both express concerns with loss of funds and issues with withdrawing. The player feedback on the iOS App Store also leans negative, sharing issues with bonuses and the app itself.

GGVegas | Ready for a good game?

If you’re looking for a mobile-friendly online casino experience, GGVegas is it. This one’s only available in the casino app, so you can play at any time. There’s a great selection of games, thanks to top providers like Hacksaw and Pragmatic Play, plus there’s the GGVegas originals.

The bonuses aren’t what you’d traditionally expect at an online casino, but I liked the no deposit sign up offer and the deposit offer of up to $10,000 definitely deserves its own shout out.

There’s room for a few more payment options, especially cryptocurrencies, but the minimum deposits and withdrawals are low at $10.
