Gamblezen offers 24/7 live chat and email support. I tested the live chat on two separate occasions, and both times I received a response within one to two minutes. The agents were direct and answered my questions without falling back on scripted replies, which I found refreshing.

There is a dedicated FAQ section, but it only covers about 6 basic questions, so there isn’t much to dig into.

What’s missing? Phone support.

Language options are limited to English and French.

After spending plenty of time on the site, I can say the navigation is well thought out. However, I’d like to see better organisation in the live casino section, as there are no filters to sort by game type or to view tables from a specific provider.
