Let’s Lucky makes it apparent that it’s a licensed online casino site with clear information in the footer. But while there are common links at the bottom of the page to Responsible Gambling, Terms & Conditions, and the Cookie Policy, the information on some of those pages is vague.

Let’s Lucky licences

The casino is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/164/0246. There’s even an icon that leads to the Certificate of Operation for verification. While this lets the platform operate legally, Curaçao’s regulatory framework is viewed as less strict than some other jurisdictions and does not substitute for a Canadian gaming licence.

Responsible gambling at Let’s Lucky

Responsible gambling on Let’s Lucky appears somewhat superficial. You’ll find an age warning in the footer, along with a short statement about responsible play, which looks reassuring at first glance. But when you click through to the Responsible Gambling page, it contains only a vague message about problem gambling and a few links to external support resources.

What makes Let’s Lucky safe

Let’s Lucky doesn’t do enough to give its players the peace of mind they need. The Terms and Conditions page contains quite a lot of detail, but nothing on AML, only a brief mention of KYC, and no reference to SSL or independent lab audits.

This is one of those cases where a licence doesn’t make up for the lack of detailed security and compliance information.

Let’s Lucky has a pair of casino welcome bonuses, including a VIP high roller bonus that gives you a 200% match up to $6,000 with a deposit of at least $500 and a 60-day VIP trial. However, for the purpose of my Let’s Lucky review, I’ll focus on the regular welcome bonus here.

Here’s where things get a little strange. The VIP program is hyped up to the max, boasting benefits like exclusive invites and front-row seats to epic events, memorable gifts, and VIP exclusive tournaments and promotions. In the Introduction Events section, they even mention a Taylor Swift Concert Experience and the Champions League Final, as well as a bunch of nameless 5-star testimonials. 

Upon asking a live chat representative how I’d enrol in the program, they simply told me every user was automatically enrolled. I then asked how I’d know when I’d start receiving perks, and they said the best way to get there was to keep depositing and playing regularly. How convenient!

The Loyalty Program, however, has much clearer offerings and level-up requirements, complete with a clear and attractive progression chart.

It’s obvious that Let’s Lucky puts a lot of effort into its bonuses and promotions, but the VIP initiatives seem like nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Luckily, the loyalty program redeems my rating.

Let’s Lucky accepts a good variety of casino payment methods in Canada, and clearly states the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, which is nice. What’s not as nice is that most of the payment methods are not accepted for withdrawals.

Deposit and withdrawal processing times aren’t as clear on Let’s Lucky’s website as the minimum and maximums are. I found in Let’s Lucky’s Terms and Conditions that bank transfers are processed within 5 to 7 business days. That isn’t particularly quick at all.

User experience at Let’s Lucky

Let’s Lucky has a great interface with fast loading screens, clearly labelled sections, and bold and eye-catching design elements that guide users throughout the site.

Let’s Lucky’s customer support

Customer support is acceptable, given that I could connect to a live agent in a matter of seconds and get a decent response. However, when I grilled the representative about the VIP program (different from the loyalty program), I was given vague details. I sent an email to test the response time, and have yet to receive a response after a couple of days.

The FAQ section contains a number of sections with dropdown Q&As, some of which are more helpful than others.

User navigation at Let’s Lucky

Getting around Let’s Lucky is smooth. The interface loads fast, menus are easy to use, and everything is where you’d expect it to be. The only hiccup is that loading slot games can sometimes take a while, which isn’t the greatest if you want to get right into the action.

Let’s Lucky’s mobile experience

Playing on Let’s Lucky on the go is clunky. None of the game thumbnails or footer icons load properly, and none of the game titles pop up. You’re left staring at a screen of placeholder squares and have to actually click on them to see what they are. Loading times are slow, and pop-ups take over the entire screen.

My rating of Let’s Lucky user experience

If I were to give a visual rating, I’d simply shrug. While the desktop interface is smooth and easy to navigate, the same can’t be said for the mobile experience. Customer support is also hit-or-miss, even though agents are available quickly.

Popularity of Let’s Lucky

Let’s Lucky barely has a presence online. There are a few review sites that mention it, but not much else. On the flip side, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of positive reviews and overall rating on Trustpilot. As of March 2026, the casino has a 4.3/5 rating from 629 Trustpilot reviews, earning it an “Excellent.” Users say they’re happy with the account verification and cash-out processes, and even cite reliable customer support.

Let’s see how lucky you’ll be

Let’s Lucky surprised me with its player protections, abundance of games and promotions, and cool loyalty program. The casino could benefit from cleaning up its confusing VIP program and upgrading its customer service channels, and a little marketing and brand development wouldn’t hurt either.

Overall, I’m giving Let’s Lucky a rating of 70.5/100.
