Hit Me Review
For my Hit Me review, I followed our tried-and-true review method (full details available on our ‘How We Review Casinos‘ page), which breaks the review into clear sections covering all the essentials:
- Hit Me licensing, responsible gambling, and security
- Bonuses and offers at Hit Me
- Payment methods at Hit Me
- Hit Me’s game selection
- User experience at Hit Me
- Popularity of Hit Me
Hit Me’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
For the most part, any licensing, responsible gambling, and security information is found in the footer of an online casino site, and the same goes for Hit Me. Here, the footer stands out in a bold container, displaying everything players need to check the casino’s credentials and safety measures at a glance.
AGE RISK WARNING
In Canada, the legal gambling age is 19+ in most provinces (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). These rules are set at the provincial level under the Criminal Code of Canada and apply to all types of gambling, including online casinos. Regulators like the British Columbia Lottery Corporation oversee compliance, and licensed operators must verify your age before you can play. Anyone under the legal age isn’t allowed to participate.
For guidance on responsible gambling and player safety, visit the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction.
Hit Me Casino Licences
Hit Me is owned and operated by Naughtly List Limitada, a company incorporated in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-922876. The casino itself is licensed and regulated by Anjouan Gaming under licence No. ALSI-202504005-FI1. Although this licence lets the casino operate legally, Anjouan’s regulatory framework is considered less strict compared to major authorities like the UK Gambling Commission. This licence doesn’t replace Canadian regulations, and players in Canada should still follow local laws and age restrictions when gambling online.
Responsible gambling at Hit Me
There’s a dedicated responsible gambling section that’s quite detailed, covering problem gambling, protection of minors, self-exclusion, and more. Contact details to external resources for GamCare and Gambling Therapy are also mentioned. However, the text is written in broken English, which might make some players question the overall trustworthiness of the platform. Players can set different types of limits through their profile, such as deposit, loss, and wager limits.
ADDICTION RISK – Play Responsibly
Gambling can be fun, but it can also become addictive and lead to serious problems if not kept under control. Always play responsibly and set limits for yourself.
Warning signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, gambling longer than planned, borrowing money to continue gambling, or hiding gambling from friends or family. If you notice any of these signs, it’s important to seek help.

What makes Hit Me safe
Hit Me has quite a few trust signals around the site. There’s a KYC and AML Policy, Terms and Conditions, mentions of SSL Versions TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 with 256-bit encryption, fraud prevention information, HTTP/2 and QUIC protocols, and tons of other detailed information to reassure players that their money and personal information are handled responsibly. I could not find a Data Protection Officer or settings for two-factor authentication, though, and the “Fair Play” page leads to licensing details rather than RNG information.
My rating of Hit Me’s licensing, responsible gambling, and security
Whether the platform really heeds all of its policies or is simply going through the motions remains to be seen. Combined with the occasional broken English, the policies give off a bit of a “checking the boxes” impression rather than inspiring full confidence.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 7/7 | Licensing is in place, as is a link to the licence’s validation. |
| Responsible Gambling | 5/7 | A detailed responsible gambling page and player-managed tools exist, but there is no self-assessment test or suggestions for control filters. I would also prefer there to be reality checks and a session timer. |
| Security | 4/6 | Security measures are clearly in place, but a few things appear to be missing. |
| Security and licensing covered, though not fully reassuring |
|---|
| Hit Me earns 17/20, but it could do better. Information on game fairness and a more robust licensing framework would lift the rating. |
Bonuses and offers at Hit Me
Offers are neatly tucked away in a “Bonuses” section under the player’s profile, as well as in the “Promotions” section in the main menu. While it seems like there are quite a few available, looks can be deceiving.
BONUS RISK WARNING
Bonuses can look tempting, but they come with conditions. For example, the first deposit bonus below gives 100% up to $1,000 and 50 free spins with a 35x wagering requirement. Based on average RTPs, a player wagering the full bonus is likely to lose around $2,800 on average, not including any winnings from free spins.
Typically, over 80% of players don’t turn a profit from bonus offers. Always read the full terms before playing.
Hit Me’s welcome bonus

Hit Me offers new players a collection of casino welcome bonuses that add up to a total of $4,000 and 250 free spins over 3 deposits of a minimum of $30. Here’s what the offer looks like:
- 1st Deposit Bonus | 100% up to $1,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) and up to 50 free spins
- 2nd Deposit Bonus | 50% up to $1,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) and up to 100 free spins
- 3rd Deposit Bonus | 100% up to $2,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) and up to 100 free spins
| Key Terms to Know: |
|---|
| Wagering requirement applies to: Deposit + bonus |
| Wagering requirement: 35x |
| Maximum bet while wagering: $5 CAD per spin/bet |
| Free spin winnings cap: Maximum $1,000 CAD from free spins bonuses |
| Cash bonus winnings cap: Maximum cashout equals bonus amount xX |
| Game contribution: 100% slots, 50% bingo and keno, 10% live blackjack/live roulette/poker, 5% instant win, 5% crash games. |
| Excluded games: Scratch cards, baccarat, game shows, craps |
| Bonus validity: 7 days from receipt to complete wagering requirements |
Other bonuses at Hit Me
All I can find during my Hit Me review was a weekly reload bonus of 50% up to $2,000, but that was it other than the loyalty program (more on that below).
Hit Me promotions and tournaments
Four promotions exist: XP on every deposit, winning coins on every bet, no max bonus wins, and the ability to unlock loot boxes for prizes. Unfortunately, there aren’t any tournaments on the site just yet.
Hit Me VIP/loyalty program
Hit Me keeps its VIP program simple, with five tiers that come with escalating perks. Every €5 (or the equivalent) gets players 1XP. With 2,000 XP required to go from Bronze to Silver, you’d have to wager a total of €10,000.
| VIP Level | VIP Benefits |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 5% weekly cashback Weekly promotions Store bonuses |
| Silver | All of the above, plus… 2.5% daily cashback Store cash prizes XP for deposits Daily loot box Free loot box |
| Gold | All of the above, plus… 10% weekly cashback VIP promotions Store physical prizes Daily loot box upgrade |
| Diamond | All of the above, plus… Personal VIP manager VIP Discord chat |
| Hit Me | All of the above, plus… Invites to special events Custom rewards |
My rating of bonuses available at Hit Me
Bonuses are in short supply at Hit Me Casino, but the VIP program makes up for it with ongoing incentives to work toward.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 5/7 | The bonus loses some of its appeal due to the high minimum deposit, average wagering requirements, and short validity period. |
| Regular Offers | 1/4 | Only one offer and no tournaments. |
| VIP/Loyalty Program | 3/4 | Great VIP program, but steep wagering requirements. |
| Bonuses take a secondary role |
|---|
| With limited bonuses and offers on the site, the VIP program delivers the primary rewards, although it’s hard to climb up the ranks. 9/15 |
Payment methods accepted at Hit Me
Casino payment methods are just as sparse as bonuses if we’re talking about fiat methods. Luckily, Hit Me supports the most popular options in Canada. The withdrawal methods are limited to just one, though.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | $5 | $9,999 | Instant | 3-7 business days |
| Visa | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Mastercard | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Apple Pay | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Google Pay | $20 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
FINANCIAL RISK WARNING
Gambling involves real money, and there’s always a risk of losing it. Casinos are designed with a built-in house edge, so over time, most players will come out behind. It’s not a reliable way to make money.
Only play with money you’re comfortable losing, and make sure to set clear limits for yourself before you start.
Minimum deposit & withdrawal processing times
Minimum deposits are generous for Interac at $5, but slightly higher for e-wallets and cards at $20. The Terms and Conditions state that the site aims to process payments in 48 hours, but approval may take up to 7 days. Withdrawals are faster at Hit Me with cryptocurrencies.
Cryptocurrency accepted at Hit Me in Canada
Hit Me has the biggest cryptocurrency selection I’ve ever seen on a casino site, with 750+ coins and networks available, including Bitcoin, USDC, Solana, Litecoin, Binance Coin, Cardano, Polygon, and niche options like SushiSwap.
Danger
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, and their value can rise or fall quickly. They are not backed by the Government of Canada, the Bank of Canada, or any financial institution.
Buying, using, or holding crypto carries real financial risk, including the possibility of losing your entire investment. In turn, these assets should not be considered stable or guaranteed. Always set clear limits, only use money you can afford to lose, and consider seeking independent financial advice.

My rating of Hit Me’s payment methods
Payment methods offered at Hit Me are reasonable overall, but a few improvements to processing times and traditional option variety would make the experience much smoother.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Options | 3/7 | There are very few fiat methods accepted at Hit Me, and even fewer for withdrawals. They are, at least, the most popular forms of payment in Canada. |
| Minimum Deposit & Payment Processing Times | 2.5/4 | Withdrawals seem to take some time to process, and minimums are typically $20. |
| Cryptocurrency | 4/4 | An astonishing variety to choose from. |
| Let them get paid! |
|---|
| Although cryptocurrencies may be paid out much faster, traditional methods should offer similar processing times. 9.5/15 |
Hit Me’s game selection
Players can spend plenty of time browsing through the dense game library, with categories and filters to help narrow things down. That said, it would be a nice touch if the thumbnails clearly showed provider names.
CASINO GAMES WARNING
Casino games are based on chance, and the built-in house edge means most players will lose over time. While licensed games are tested for fairness by independent third parties, outcomes are never guaranteed.
Rules, features, and RTP can vary from game to game, and different titles may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Gambling should be seen as entertainment and not a way to make money, so it’s best to stick with casinos licensed by reputable regulators like the Malta Gaming Authority or the UK Gambling Commission.
Recommended slots you can play at Hit Me
Hit Me offers nearly 8,000 online slots, meaning a wide selection of themes, slot styles like megaways slots, drops & wins, and jackpots. Whether you’re into indie reels or popular titles like Super Sugarpop, Coins of Zeus, and The Tipsy Tourist Beach Bonanza, Hit Me has you covered.

Interesting live dealer tables available at Hit Me
The live casino games section isn’t massive and has a heavy focus on baccarat. It has just enough range to keep it interesting, as well as a few niche games like Andar Bahar and Jacks or Better Draw Poker.

Game shows you can play at Hit Me
There are 12 game shows on Hit Me, including Mega Roulette, Snakes & Ladders Live, and Treasure Island.

Popular game providers at Hit Me
Game providers are spotlighted in many places on the site. Some top providers include BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, and Push Gaming.
My rating of Hit Me’s game selection
With over 8,000 games available, Hit Me has a large selection that includes titles from all categories. I like that there’s both a “Favorites” section and a “Recently Played” section, so you can jump right back into the action.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Game Variety | 6.5/7 | Hit Me loses half a point for a lack of exclusive games, but it’s a great selection. |
| Live Casino Experience | 3/4 | Despite having around 100 baccarat variations, I wouldn’t say the live casino experience offers a premium mix overall. |
| Game Providers | 2/4 | Major studios and niche developers are covered, but there are fewer than 50 studios overall. |
| Loaded with games |
|---|
| Hit Me scores 11.5/15 for its game providers, selection, and live casino. If it upgraded its live casino variety and introduced some exclusives, it could earn full points. |
User experience at Hit Me
Browsing and playing on Hit Me was a pleasant experience. The main menu is robust and even has areas of personalization, while the filters and categories make it easy to jump from place to place. Customer support may need a little lift, though.
Hit Me’s customer support
Hit Me’s email support is questionable. I got a confirmation email saying a support ticket was generated and that I would receive an initial response within 2 hours. After 14 hours, I still hadn’t gotten anything. Fortunately, the live chat is much better. Players instantly get connected to an agent, but I noticed the chat bubble can get lost, and there’s no other way to locate live chat.
| Contact | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | – | |
| Live chat | On-screen bubble | Seconds to minutes |
The site and support are available in multiple languages, including French.
User navigation at Hit Me
I would call the navigation straightforward and smooth, with a clean layout. However, a few small improvements, like better labelling on the game thumbnails and a less busy footer, could enhance it further. While I did initially like the dedicated footer box, all the icons are unnecessarily distracting. Also, while I really like the search filters, I’d like the casino to include more categories to further organize the game library.
Hit Me’s mobile experience
Hit Me doesn’t have a native app, but the site does encourage players to place an icon link to the mobile browser on their home screens. The mobile browser experience itself is user-friendly and polished, mirroring the desktop site.
My rating of Hit Me user experience
I didn’t like how the social icons seemed more like a “front” than anything, with the Facebook link leading to a page with only three followers and the Instagram page having 16.5K followers despite only having 4 posts. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that the browsing and gaming experience is enjoyable and optimized.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | 4.5/7 | No phone support and slow email responses, but good live chat in English and French, despite the chat bubble disappearing. |
| User Navigation | 3.5/4 | Not the most aesthetically pleasing site, but it has search, filters, polish, and personalization. The game library could be better organized. |
| Mobile Experience | 3/4 | Responsive browser-based gameplay. No native app. |
| Players need a little more support |
|---|
| Great effort put into the UX/UI, but not enough into the customer support. 11/15 |
Popularity of Hit Me
Hit Me is reviewed by a couple of sites on Google and even has a LinkedIn page and socials to “prove” its legitimacy. Upon browsing, however, these seem like more of a facade. The fact that the casino doesn’t have a Trustpilot page is also a huge downside. Because of that, I’m unable to view any player ratings or comments.
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Player Reputation | 6/10 | While I couldn’t find any Hit Me reviews on TrustPilot or CasinoGuru, I found a few on AskGamblers. The reviews were mostly positive, but should be taken with a grain of salt, given the small sample size. |
| Market Visibility | 1/10 | I found only a few reviews about Hit Me and nothing on social media. |
| Right at the bottom of the scale |
|---|
| With zero reputation markers and no visibility, Hit Me gets a 7/20. |
Hit or Miss?
Hit Me Casino delivers a mixed overall experience, with a solid game library, decent platform design, and a functioning VIP program that helps balance out its weaker areas. On the downside, the Anjouan licensing feels lighter than more established regulators, customer support could be stronger, and bonuses aren’t a major focus.
It’s an okay option, but there’s certainly room to grow in key areas of trust and support.
Given that, my overall rating of Hit Me is 65/100.
