Duelz’s theme brings something different to the market. It has a playful medieval theme, complete with a whimsical background tune. There’s an intro video at the bottom of the main page depicting the origin story of Duelz, with two characters entering a duel. Duelz has good UX, allowing for easy navigation. Although some elements on the site look a little rudimentary, that doesn’t take away from the casino’s smooth functionality.

From a technical perspective, we appreciate the trusted choice of payment providers, but found it limited. It was also a surprise to find that cryptocurrencies aren’t available at all. If these become part of Duelz’s offering in the future, it would be a big positive. Duelz’s players would also benefit from an FAQs section or phone support to complete its customer support offering.
