Lucky Riches
Apple Pay deposits from just $10Lucky Riches boasts over 10,000 games in its portfolio, plus Interac from $10 and a three-deposit package worth up to $2,500 with 100 free spins. The catch? An Anjouan licence and no VIP programme to speak of. Here's how it held up in my Lucky Riches review.
Lucky Riches CanadaCasino's Verdict
Lucky Riches gets the essentials right for Canadian players, with Interac, Apple Pay, a $10 entry point and a lobby of 10,000+ games from more than 50 studios. However, the Anjouan licence is a lighter safety net than the big international regulators offer, and once the welcome package runs out, there's very little to keep you coming back.
Pros
- Interac and Apple Pay deposits from $10
- 30x wagering applies to the bonus amount only
- Free spin winnings are paid as cash, no wagering
- Crypto in a dozen coins across several networks
Cons
- Anjouan licence, no Canadian provincial licence
- No VIP programme and no active missions
- 7-day bonus expiry, 24-hour free spin batches
- $35 crypto minimum deposit and withdrawal

I reviewed Lucky Riches the same way any player from Canada would experience it. That meant checking the licence against the regulator’s register, reading the bonus terms line by line, opening the cashier to record every deposit and withdrawal limit, and browsing the lobby category by category. I also tested the site on mobile and looked for player feedback on public platforms. Every review on our site is scored out of 100 across six pillars, using our How We Rate Casinos framework:
- Licensing, responsible gambling and security at Lucky Riches
- Bonuses and offers at Lucky Riches
- Payment methods at Lucky Riches
- Game selection at Lucky Riches
- User experience at Lucky Riches
- Popularity of Lucky Riches
Licensing, responsible gambling and security at Lucky Riches
Lucky Riches runs on a licence from the Anjouan Gaming Board in the Union of the Comoros. The operator is 3-102-959342 SRL, registered in San José, Costa Rica, and the licence number is ALSI-202607007-FI1. Like most casinos open to players outside Ontario, it has no provincial licence, so the offshore regulator is doing all the heavy lifting.
The good news is that the licence is easy to find in the footer and checks out on the Anjouan Gaming Board’s public register. The bad news is that Anjouan sits a rung or two below the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the Malta Gaming Authority and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in terms of player protection.
Age risk warning
You need to be 19 to gamble in most of Canada, while Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec set the line at 18. A properly licensed operator has to confirm your age and close the door on anyone below the legal age. Playing before you reach the legal age is against the law, full stop. The Canadian Gaming Association lists the rules by province.
Lucky Riches licences
The Anjouan Gaming Board licence (ALSI-202607007-FI1) covers casino games and is held by 3-102-959342 SRL. You’ll find it in the site footer, and the number can be looked up on the Anjouan register in a matter of seconds. Disputes go to Axion ADR, which gives you somewhere to turn if a complaint stalls with support. Kudos for that, as it’s a step many offshore operators skip.
Responsible gambling at Lucky Riches
The core tools are all there. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, take a time-out, use a cooling-off period, or ask support to self-exclude you. Everything is in the responsible gambling section of your account, with the Take a Break section at the top.
What’s missing is any Canadian angle. The casino doesn’t link to provincial self-exclusion schemes or Canadian support organizations, so you’ll have to find those yourself.
Addiction risk: play responsibly
Gambling can take hold faster than most people expect, and the fallout tends to hit your wallet, your relationships and your peace of mind all at once. If it stops feeling like a pastime, step back and reach out for help.
Red flags to watch for:
- Trying to win back money you’ve already lost
- Playing well past the time you set for yourself
- Borrowing to fund your next session
- Going over the budget you planned
- Keeping your gambling secret from friends or family

What makes Lucky Riches safe
The site uses SSL encryption, so your personal and payment data is scrambled in transit. The privacy policy explains how that data is collected and stored, and the terms cover fraud prevention and anti-money laundering checks.
Unfortunately, no independent testing lab, such as eCOGRA or iTech Labs, is mentioned anywhere, and two-factor authentication isn’t mentioned either.
Our rating of Lucky Riches licensing, responsible gambling and security
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 3/7 | The Anjouan licence is visible, verifiable and paired with a named ADR body. Still, Anjouan offers weaker player protection than Curaçao, Malta or Kahnawake. |
| Responsible Gambling | 5/7 | Deposit limits, time-outs, cooling-off and self-exclusion are all available. No Canadian support partners or provincial schemes are linked. |
| Security | 4/6 | SSL, a privacy policy and AML checks are in place. No independent testing lab is named, and 2FA isn’t mentioned. |
| Total | 12/20 |
OPINION: A real licence, just not a heavyweight one
I scored Lucky Riches 12 out of 20 here. Everything you’d expect from an offshore casino is in place, from a verifiable licence to the standard responsible gambling toolkit and a named dispute service. However, Anjouan is a lighter safety net than the regulators I’d rather see, and without a testing lab on record, you’re taking game fairness on trust. It’s enough to play with caution, but not enough to deposit with your eyes closed.
Bonuses and offers at Lucky Riches
The welcome offer is spread across your first three deposits and totals $2,500 in bonus funds, plus 100 free spins. Each part has to be selected at the cashier before you deposit. It won’t be credited, so don’t skip that step.
Bonus risk warning
A big bonus number looks great on the banner, but you’ll have to bet many times its value before a cent of it becomes withdrawable. Even on slots with a 96% RTP, the house edge keeps chipping away while you play through the requirement, and the typical player finishes with less than they started with.
Key terms of the first deposit bonus:
- Match: 100% up to $1,000
- Free spins: 100 on Thunder Coins XXL: Multicoin (50 straight away, then 10 a day)
- Minimum deposit: $10
- Wagering: 30x the bonus amount; free spin winnings carry no wagering
- Maximum bet with bonus funds: $5
- Expiry: 7 days for the bonus, 24 hours for each free spin batch
What it can cost you: deposit $100, and you get a $100 bonus, which means $3,000 in bets before you can cash out. At a 96% average RTP, that much wagering eats around $120 on paper, more than the bonus itself. Live casino games count only 10%, so clearing the same bonus on live tables would take $30,000 in bets.
Lucky Riches welcome bonus
Your first deposit gets a 100% match up to $1,000, plus 100 free spins on Thunder Coins XXL: Multicoin. Fifty spins land as soon as the deposit goes through, and the other 50 arrive in batches of 10 at midnight ET over the next five days. Each spin is worth $0.10, and each batch expires after 24 hours, so log in daily or lose them.
The second deposit brings a 50% match up to $500, and the third goes back to a 100% match up to $1,000. Neither comes with free spins. All three parts of the casino bonus require just $10 to trigger, carry a 30x wagering requirement, and expire seven days after they’re credited.
| Deposit | Match | Max bonus | Free spins | Min deposit | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% | $1,000 | 100 on Thunder Coins XXL: Multicoin | $10 | 30x bonus |
| 2nd | 50% | $500 | None | $10 | 30x bonus |
| 3rd | 100% | $1,000 | None | $10 | 30x bonus |
What I like here is the $10 minimum. It keeps the door open for beginners who’d rather test the waters than commit $50 to a site they don’t know yet. The 30x wagering is standard on paper, but it applies only to the bonus, not to your deposit plus bonus, and that makes a real difference to how much you need to bet.
Free spin winnings go straight to your cash balance with no strings attached, and even live casino games chip in toward wagering, albeit at just 10%.
The downside is the $5 maximum bet while bonus funds are active. That’s on the low side, and $10 would give high-volatility slot players more breathing room. The seven-day expiry also means you’ll have to get a move on, especially if you claim the full $1,000.
Other bonuses and regular offers at Lucky Riches
Once the three deposit bonuses are used up, there’s not much to go on. The only two options at the moment are Midweek Spins and Game of the Week, both of which promote new titles. The good thing is that the value of those free spins is boosted to $0.20 to $0.60, depending on the offer, so there’s more value.
On the other hand, there are no reload bonuses and no cashback deals. The cashier does display the extra free spin offers we mentioned, but they’re priced in euros, even though they apply to Canadian accounts.
Lucky Riches promotions and tournaments
Lucky Riches has a Missions section, and the page talks up cash prizes of up to $25,000. However, there wasn’t a single active mission when I checked, so for now it’s a shop window with nothing on the shelves. No tournaments or seasonal promotions were running either.
Lucky Riches VIP / loyalty program
There’s no visible VIP or loyalty programme at Lucky Riches. No tiers, no points and no published perks, so there’s no tier table to show. Regular players get the same treatment as someone who signed up yesterday.
Our rating of bonuses at Lucky Riches
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 5/7 | Up to $2,500 + 100 free spins, a $10 minimum on every part, 30x on the bonus only and wager-free spin winnings. The $5 max bet and 7-day expiry hold it back. |
| Regular Offers | 2/4 | A Missions section exists, but nothing was active. No reloads, cashback or tournaments. Just some extra spins for the game of the week. |
| VIP / Loyalty | 0/4 | No visible VIP or loyalty programme. |
| Total | 7/15 |
OPINION: A strong opening act with no encore
The welcome package is better than it first looks, mostly because 30x on the bonus alone is a fair deal and the free spins pay out in cash. The $5 bet cap and seven-day clock are the price you pay. My problem is everything after deposit number three: no VIP, no reloads and a Missions page with no missions. If you’re the type who sticks with one casino, this is where Lucky Riches loses you. From me, a decent 7 out of 15 for bonuses.
Payment methods at Lucky Riches
Lucky Riches covers the payment methods Canadians use. Interac handles deposits and withdrawals, cards and MiFinity are on board, and crypto runs both ways. The real surprise is Apple Pay, which you don’t often see at offshore casinos.
| Payment method | Deposit limits | Withdrawal limits | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac / Interac e-Transfer | $10-$3,000 | $20-$3,000 | 24-72 hours |
| Visa / Mastercard | $20-$3,500 | Not available | N/A |
| Apple Pay | $10-$3,500 | Not available | N/A |
| MiFinity | $10-$2,500 | $20-$5,000 | 24-72 hours |
| Crypto | $35-$160,000 | $35-$5,000 | 24 hours |
Financial risk warning
Every deposit is real money on the line. Casino games are built with a mathematical edge that favours the house, so over enough rounds, most players come out behind. Treat gambling as paid entertainment rather than a side income, only play with money you could lose without it hurting, and decide on your limits before the first spin.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal processing times
The minimum deposit is $10 with Interac, Apple Pay or MiFinity, while cards start at $20. Withdrawals start at $20 with Interac e-Transfer and MiFinity. Crypto is the outlier, with a $35 minimum both ways, which is steep next to the $10 Interac entry point.
Unfortunately, Lucky Riches doesn’t publish deposit or withdrawal processing times for any method. The terms do say KYC checks may be required before a payout, so expect your first withdrawal to take longer while your documents are reviewed.
Cryptocurrency payment methods at Lucky Riches
The crypto menu is wide. I counted a dozen coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Dogecoin, Ripple, Solana, Tron, BNB, Tether and USD Coin. Several run on multiple networks, so you can send USDT via ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana, or Polygon and receive ETH on Ethereum, Base, or BNB Smart Chain. That choice helps keep network fees down.
The limits are lopsided, though. You can deposit up to $160,000 in crypto, but you can withdraw only $5,000 per transaction, and no crypto fees or processing times are disclosed.
Crypto risk warning
Crypto prices can swing hard within hours, so the value of your deposit or winnings may change before the transaction even settles. No government, central bank or traditional financial institution stands behind these assets, and you can lose everything you put in. Don’t treat crypto as a stable store of value, cap what you’re willing to risk, and get independent advice if you’re unsure.
Step-by-step guide on how to withdraw from Lucky Riches
- Log in and open the cashier.
- Switch to the Withdraw tab and check your withdrawable balance.
- Pick Interac e-Transfer, MiFinity or crypto.
- Enter an amount within the method’s limits.
- Confirm the request.
- Upload your KYC documents if support asks for them.
Note that the basic KYC process requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and an address, but you will need to complete the full process before they process your payout.
Other important information to know when withdrawing
Cards and Apple Pay are deposit-only, so plan on cashing out through Interac, MiFinity or crypto. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn until wagering is complete, and verification is required before your first payout. There are no withdrawal fees.
Documents and information you need to share with Lucky Riches to open an account
Here’s the info you need to input to open an account with Lucky Riches:
- Full name
- Phone number
This is it. Now, to be able to see the withdrawal methods and even initiate the procedure, you need to provide your date of birth and address. That’s your Level 1 verification level. Identity, proof of payment, and source-of-funds checks are required when submitting a withdrawal request.
Our rating of Lucky Riches payment methods
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Options | 6/7 | Interac (both ways), Apple Pay, cards, MiFinity, and crypto. Cards and Apple Pay can’t be used for withdrawals. |
| Min Deposit & Processing | 3/4 | $10 minimum on most methods, with a $20 minimum for withdrawals, except for cryptos. |
| Cryptocurrency | 3/4 | A dozen coins on multiple networks. The $35 minimum and $5,000 withdrawal cap hold it back. |
| Total | 12/15 |
OPINION: Apple Pay is the cherry on top
I scored Lucky Riches 12 out of 15 for payments. The lineup is generally good, the limits suit casual players and high rollers alike, and Apple Pay is a rare find in the offshore space. Crypto is the weak link on minimums, as $35 to get in or out is more than three times the Interac threshold. My bigger gripe is the fact that you don’t have card payments or bank transfers as payout options.
Games selection at Lucky Riches
Lucky Riches stocks more than 10,000 games from over 50 providers, and slots are clearly the main event. The lobby goes beyond the usual slots and table games split, with dedicated categories for Bonus Buys, Book games and Hold and Win titles, which makes finding a specific mechanic far quicker.
The Multi Game feature is another big plus because it lets you play multiple games at the same time. The downside to the selections is that Evolution, and all its brands, including NetEnt and Red Tiger, are not going to work due to georgraphical restrictions. Too bad they are still visible in the lobby, but there you have it.
Casino games warning
Every casino game comes down to chance, and the maths is tilted toward the house on every spin and hand. Over time, most players lose. Where games are licensed, third parties test them for fairness, but rules and RTP still differ from one title to the next, and not every game counts the same toward wagering. Play for fun, never for income, and stick to casinos licensed by regulators you trust.
Exclusive games and branded tables
Lucky Riches doesn’t have any exclusive games or branded tables. Everything in the lobby comes from third-party studios.
Recommended slots you can play at Lucky Riches
Thunder Coins XXL: Multicoin is the obvious first stop since the welcome free spins are tied to it. From there, Big Bass Splash, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Sweet Bonanza, Book of Dead, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Coin Strike: Hold and Win cover most tastes, from cascading pays to classic book mechanics.
Progressive jackpots come from Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Playson, Big Time Gaming, VoltEnt and Penguin King.
Live dealer tables available at Lucky Riches
The live casino is where the cracks in the lobby start to show. Even though you’ll see Evolution Gaming on offer, their games are not available to Canadians. Instead, it’s just Pragmatic Play and Iconic21, and luckily, some of their flagship titles, like Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Mega Roulette, are there.
Game shows you can play at Lucky Riches
Game shows have their own category in the lobby, with Evolution’s Crazy Time as the headline act, but don’t get your hopes up. Remember that this title won’t be available, so Colour Game Bonanza and Money Time from Pragmatic Play are the second-best choices.
There are over a dozen titles for you to choose from, so there’s a certain variety.
Other game types at Lucky Riches
The Bonus Buys category is handy if you’d rather skip the base game and pay straight into the feature. Book games and Hold and Win slots each get their own section, too. Outside slots, there are table games, crash games and scratch cards for quick sessions.
Popular game providers at Lucky Riches
Evolution and NetEnt are the headline names, but neither is available due to geographical restrictions, so it’s either a trick the casino plays or just poor lobby management.
Still, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO add plenty of depth, while Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City cover the high-volatility end. Newer studios such as Shady Lady and Bullshark Games round out a roster of more than 50 providers, so the lobby doesn’t feel like a copy of every other offshore site.
Our rating of Lucky Riches’ game selection
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Variety | 7/7 | 10,000+ games with mechanic-based categories (Bonus Buys, Book, Hold and Win). Slot-heavy, with demo availability not disclosed. |
| Live Casino | 3/4 | Pragmatic Play Live and ICONIC21, including game shows and First Person titles. |
| Game Providers | 2/4 | 50+ studios, with Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO on board and fresh names such as Shady Lady and Bullshark Games. |
| Total | 12/15 |
OPINION: The lobby is the main reason to sign up
Even though NetEnt and Evolution are listed, they are not available. There’s a healthy mix of big studios, and newcomers keep the selection from feeling stale. The mechanic-based categories are a smart touch for slot players. The only thing I’d change is the lack of demo play and those false claims of having Evolution and NetEnt. Oh, and Red Tiger too.
User experience at Lucky Riches
Lucky Riches is easy to get around once you’re in. The site I tested ran in English, with a French version also available, and the cashier is one of the cleaner ones I’ve used, with every method’s limits shown upfront.
Lucky Riches customer support
Live chat runs 24/7 and is the only real support channel. The only email address listed is for affiliate partners. There’s no phone line, and no social media support is mentioned. The FAQ section covers the basics if you’d rather find the answer yourself.
| Contact method | Contact details | Average answer time |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | 24/7 on the website | Not disclosed |
| [email protected] (affiliates) | Not disclosed |
User navigation at Lucky Riches
Game categories sit right on the homepage, including the Bonus Buy, Book and Hold and Win sections. A search bar sits at the top, and you can filter by provider and game type. Promotions are in the top menu, while the cashier, account settings and responsible gambling tools are in the account menu. The cashier shows minimum and maximum limits for every method before you click, which saves a lot of trial and error.
Lucky Riches mobile experience
There’s no iOS or Android app, but the site works well in a mobile browser and can be added to your home screen as a progressive web app. The layout adapts to smaller screens, touch controls respond as they should, and game thumbnails stay sharp.
Our rating of the Lucky Riches user experience
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | 4/7 | 24/7 live chat, but no phone, no general support email and no published response times. |
| User Navigation | 3/4 | Clear categories, search, provider filters and a cashier that shows all limits upfront. |
| Mobile Experience | 3/4 | Responsive site with PWA install, but no native app. |
| Total | 10/15 |
OPINION: Smooth to use, thin on backup
I scored Lucky Riches 10.5 out of 15 for user experience. The site is tidy, the categories make sense, and the cashier is refreshingly transparent. Support is the weak spot. Live chat around the clock is good, but without a general email or phone line, you have nowhere else to go if the chat goes nowhere.
Popularity of Lucky Riches
Lucky Riches is a newcomer, and it shows. There’s no Trustpilot page, no Reddit threads and no forum discussions to speak of yet, and no app means no app store reviews either.
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Player Reputation | 5/10 | No complaints on record, but no meaningful player feedback either. |
| Market Visibility | 3/10 | Very low presence on major review platforms and player communities. |
| Total | 8/20 |
OPINION: Too new to have a reputation
I scored Lucky Riches 8 out of 20 for popularity. A blank record isn’t a red flag in itself, but it does mean nobody has independently confirmed how the casino treats players when it’s time to pay out. Until that track record builds up, keep your first deposits modest.
Lucky Riches: Big Lobby, Short Loyalty
Lucky Riches finishes with 61 out of 100. It’s at its best for slot players who want a deep lobby, Pragmatic Play live tables, and painless deposits through Interac or Apple Pay, all starting at $10. The welcome package is fairer than its headline suggests, thanks to wagering on the bonus only and wager-free spin winnings.
However, the Anjouan licence, the missing VIP programme and the lack of published payout times keep it out of the top tier. If you want a fresh lobby and a solid welcome offer, it’s worth a look. If you value long-term rewards and a heavyweight regulator, you’ll find better homes elsewhere.
Other casinos to play at if you like Lucky Riches
If Lucky Riches appeals for its Interac and Apple Pay deposits and its Pragmatic Play-powered live casino, these alternatives offer a similar mix with a stronger loyalty side.
