Customer support is available via email or the 24/7 live chat widget. Email support can take longer for a response, but the live chat is instant. I spoke with a friendly and helpful agent, who helped me with my questions smoothly and efficiently. The email address on the Help Centre isn’t currently the correct one, but you’ll find Supabet’s email address on the RG page or in the terms.

In the Help Centre, aside from the contact information, there’s also the FAQs, which cover general, account, technical, withdrawal, deposit, casino, and bonus questions. You can change your language to Canadian French.

Supabet keeps it simple with a clean sports theme on a white background, while having a streamlined user navigation experience. Supabet only has 107 reviews on TrustPilot, which isn’t that many, but unfortunately, 85% of them are negative. Player feedback mentions issues with withdrawals, difficulties with support, and requesting to close an account, and issues with bonuses.

Time to place some super bets?

Where games and bonuses are concerned, Supabet does a great job. There’s variety, different themes, mechanics, and even exclusive games. The welcome bonus isn’t the highest in value, but it’s still pretty good, and the weekly bonuses are fantastic.

Payments are fine and offer Canadians good options, but the cryptocurrencies are limited. A few more would round things off nicely. I was happy with the live chat support I received, and the FAQs section is great.

The RG suite needs more work, though. Self-exclusion is good, but other tools are important to have.
