Outsourced 2: Balkan Engineering
Nolimit City hired the cheapest Balkan crew it could find, handed them a broken elevator and somehow got an 11,111x max win out of it. We tested the Print Spins, the xNudge wilds and both free spins rounds to see if the building holds up in our Outsourced 2 review.

Outsourced 2: Balkan Engineering Review
Nolimit City sent the outsourced crew back to the building site, and this time they brought beer, a broken elevator and an 11,111x max win. We played the game until the foreman would have fired us, and here is what this Outsourced 2 review found.
Our Verdict on Outsourced 2
Outsourced 2 is for players who know what high volatility feels like and enjoy watching Nolimit City pile one mechanic on top of another. If you want steady returns on a small balance, skip it. Nolimit City lists the hit frequency at 24.59%, so roughly three spins out of four pay nothing, and the free spins arrive about once every 201 spins, or 300, in our experience.
However, the dry spells come with plenty to watch. Print Spins, Infectious xWays, xNudge wilds and two free spins rounds keep almost every spin capable of something, and the humour is the cherry on top. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree here. It plays like the first Outsourced, only louder, messier and with more than double the ceiling.
Our score: [82/100]
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 11,111x max win, more than double the original’s 5,000x | Three spins out of four don’t pay |
| Free spins trigger about every 300 spins, against 355 in the original | Max win odds sit at 1 in 1.2 million |
| Print Spins and xNudge wilds turn small hits into chains | Bonus buys aren’t available in every jurisdiction |
| Seven bonus buy and booster options, from 1.35x to 1,111x | |
| Original Balkan soundtrack and self-aware humour |
How we tested it
We played 400 spins at $1 per spin for consistency. Here is how the session went:
| What we tracked | Result |
|---|---|
| Total spins | 400 |
| Print Spins chains triggered | 1 |
| Tilt Spins triggered | 1 |
| Tiltier Spins triggered | 0 |
| Best multiplier seen | 17x |
| Biggest single win | $17.7 |

Nolimit City puts the free spins frequency at 1 in 201. We landed Tilt or Tiltier Spins once in 400 spins, which works out to roughly 1 in 300, since we landed it around the 300th spin. Slower than the published figure, and a fair reminder that this session is a sample, not a forecast.
What stood out was the Infectious xWays. They showed up often, and most of them infected symbols into size 2 rather than the bigger 3 or 4. The xNudge Balkan Wilds behaved better than their name suggests. When they nudged, they mostly finished on a winning combination, which is more than you can say for most Balkan scaffolding.
Outsourced 2 Symbols & Payouts
The game runs on 4 reels with 5 positions each, which gives you 625 ways to win before any feature kicks in. Infectious xWays can push that number much higher during a spin.
The symbols

The low-paying symbols are the usual card royals. The premiums tell the story of the building site, with beer cans, hard hats, a hand in a plastic bag and the worker himself. [Add top payouts from the paytable screenshot: highest-paying symbol and the wild.]
The paytable values on their own are modest. The real money comes from multipliers stacking on top of them.
Special symbols:
- Infectious xWays: reveals a paying symbol or a blocker
- xNudge Balkan Wild: a nudging wild that carries a multiplier
- Elevator: reveals a blocker, extra spins or a bonus
- Bonus Scatter: triggers Tilt Spins and Tiltier Spins
- B, O, O, M: the letters that spell out the max win
Min/max bet and autoplay
Bets run from 0.20 to 200 per spin, though the exact range in CAD depends on the casino.
Outsourced 2 RTP
The RTP is 96.04%. That’s in line with Nolimit City’s usual range, a touch below the original Outsourced at 96.08%.
The casino decides which RTP setting it runs, not you. Open the game info before your first spin and check the figure. If it shows anything lower than 96.04%, you’re playing a different version, and it’s worth finding another casino.
Volatility and hit frequency
[Confirm the volatility rating shown in the game info.] The numbers already tell most of the story. The hit frequency is 24.59%, which means a win roughly every four spins, and the free spins land about once in 201 spins. Our own session felt every bit as volatile as that suggests, with long stretches of nothing broken up by Print Spins chains that suddenly made it worthwhile.
Size your bet for the dry spells, not the highlights.
Maximum win
The max win is 11,111x your bet, billed in-game as the “Big Szukcess”. Land B, O, O and M in the base game or a bonus round, and it pays out instantly. Any round that would go past 11,111x also stops there.
Admittedly, you’ll need luck on a cosmic scale. Nolimit City puts the odds at 1 in 1.2 million. For comparison, the original Outsourced capped at 5,000x with odds of 1 in 185,000. The ceiling more than doubled, but it got a lot harder to reach.
There’s also xGod, a single feature that can hand you the max win on its own, without any other feature or win involved. Don’t count on it.
Outsourced 2 Bonus Features
Print Spins
Print Spins are the engine of the base game. Winning symbols pay first, then disappear and leave empty positions for new symbols. Each Print Spin raises the multiplier on every winning position by 1, so a chain that runs five or six deep starts paying serious amounts on otherwise low-value symbols. The multipliers only apply to regular paying symbols, and the spin ends once no new win forms.
The multipliers you build here carry into both free spins rounds, which is where Print Spins really earn their keep.
xNudge Balkan Wilds
The xNudge Balkan Wild is an aerial lift that can land anywhere and nudges to fill the reel. Each nudge adds 1 to its multiplier, which can climb all the way to 999x. When more than one lands, their multipliers are added together.
The catch is that the lift can malfunction and stay as a plain 1×1 wild. In our session, the nudges mostly worked and produced a winning combination. Kudos to the engineers for that.
Infectious xWays
Infectious xWays reveals either a paying symbol in size 2, 3 or 4, or a blocker that pays nothing. It then infects every matching symbol on the reels and resizes them to match. If several Infectious xWays land, they all reveal the same symbol, and multiple infections on one symbol multiply its size.
Size 2 was by far the most common outcome for us. Still, even a size 2 infection across three or four matching symbols lifts the ways count enough to matter.
Elevator symbol
The Elevator is the slot’s curveball. In the base game, it either reveals an instant bonus mode or a blocker. During free spins, it awards 1, 2 or 7 extra spins, or a blocker. With this game’s sense of humour, you can guess how often it feels out of order.

Tilt Spins vs Tiltier Spins
Both rounds trigger from Bonus Scatters, and both keep the symbol multipliers you built in the base game.
| Tilt Spins | Tiltier Spins | |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | 3 Bonus Scatters | 4 Bonus Scatters |
| Free spins | 4 | 7 |
| What changes | Shorter round, fewer chances to grow multipliers | Three extra spins, so multipliers have more room to build |
Four spins sound stingy, and they are. However, with base game multipliers carried over and the Elevator able to add more, a short round can still run longer.
xTra Spin
At the end of a round, the game can offer you an xTra Spin that keeps the multipliers from the previous spin. The price depends on those multiplier values, so a well-built board costs more to keep going. Bonus symbols can still land during an xTra Spin.
Bonus Buy / Nolimit Bonus
Outsourced 2 has a feature buy in markets that allow it. Nolimit City lists these options:
| Option | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Booster | 1.35x base bet | A guaranteed bonus symbol on the second reel, making Tilt or Tiltier Spins more than 3 times as likely |
| Balkan Bonus Booster | 13.5x base bet | A guaranteed bonus symbol on the first spin and on every Print Spin, making the free spins more than 20 times as likely |
| 3x Print Spins | 15x base bet | Starts with x3 multipliers on all positions |
| 6x Printier Spins | 200x base bet | Starts with x6 multipliers on all positions |
| 8x Printiest Spin | 750x base bet | Starts with x8 multipliers on all positions |
| Filthiest Spins | 999x base bet | 7 spins with x2 multipliers on all positions |
| God Mode | 1,111x bet | A shot at spelling B, O, O, M for the 11,111x max win |
The two boosters are the sensible end of the menu, since they raise your stake per spin rather than charging a lump sum. God Mode deserves a warning. At a 1.00 stake, you’re paying 1,111 for a single shot at the max win. Treat it as a novelty, not a strategy.

Theme, Visuals & Sound
Outsourced 2 drops you onto a 1990s Balkan building site where safety regulations are more of a suggestion. Faulty hard hats, cans of beer, warning signs nobody reads and a hand in a plastic bag. Nolimit City pokes fun at the habit of outsourcing construction work to Balkan crews, and it doesn’t hold back.
Being from the Balkans myself, I can relate, and it made me laugh. The jokes land because they’re specific. Anyone who has watched a building go up back home will recognize the scaffolding, the improvised fixes and the beer break that somehow lasts until lunch. Players who don’t share that background might find it a bit much, and that’s fair.
The graphics are cartoonish, which keeps the darker gags light. The real standout is the sound. The soundtrack leans on Balkan music rather than the generic synth loops most slots fall back on, giving the game an originality that’s rare in the genre.
Playing on mobile

Outsourced 2 runs in the browser on iOS and Android, with no app needed. The game is available in portrait and landscape modes, loads quickly, and offers gameplay similar to the desktop version. The buttons are large enough to help ensure you don’t miss many taps.

Who should play which:
- Outsourced: the original, with a slightly higher RTP and a lower ceiling. Play it if you want Print Spins without the sequel’s extra layers.
- Outsourced: Payday: the gentlest of the family, with medium volatility and a claw machine instead of reels. A good pick if Outsourced 2 sounds too punishing.
- Outsourced: Slash Game: not really a slot. Pick it if you like crash games and want to decide when to cash out.
- San Quentin xWays: for players who find 11,111x too modest and want a far bigger ceiling.
- Mental: the darker, more complex choice, with three bonus modes and a max win six times higher.
- Tombstone RIP: the most punishing of the lot, with a hit frequency of just 9.08%. Only for players who know what they’re signing up for.
