While any licence is better than no licence, Anjouan is considered one of the weakest jurisdictions in the industry.

The fact that you have to navigate to other pages, rather than simply scroll to the footer on the homepage, to access this information raises questions about transparency. After some digging, I confirmed Lucky Block is registered with Anjouan Gaming and operates under license number ALSI-1423 | 1005-FI2. There is also some evidence that they are registered in Curacao. 

Responsible Gambling at Lucky Block

Like most online casinos, Lucky Block links to its responsible gaming page in the footer under the Support section. The page features information on self-exclusion, provides contact information, a self-test link to assess problem gaming, minor protection, and helpful tips for responsible gambling. However, I was disappointed to see that there weren’t any built-in tools on the site.

Lucky Block provides a clear Privacy Policy, along with dedicated terms and conditions for the casino and sportsbook, and an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Overall, Lucky Block is easy and enjoyable to use, although I did encounter a few hiccups with customer support.

Although customer support is reachable via email and live chat, I’m not entirely sold on Lucky Block’s live chat. The AI was unhelpful and didn’t have many common answers in its database, while the human agent couldn’t seem to answer a basic question about where to find licensing information.

With account options at the top, important information in the footer, and a main menu with clear navigation links, users can move through the site without hassle.

There’s no dedicated mobile app, but the site offers an optimized mobile browser experience. It also provides instructions on how to add it to your home screen like an app. Overall, it’s a smooth mirror version of the main site.

Lucky Block has clearly optimized the site for an uncomplicated, modern experience. There are just a few hitches in customer support.

Popularity of Lucky Block

Lucky Block has an extremely mixed reputation on Trustpilot. As of March 2026, it has a 2.9/5 rating from 797 reviews—a below-average score. There are almost as many 1-star reviews as 5-star, with comments citing poor support and lack of promotions. A quick Google search brings up a variety of other “Lucky Block” sites, and not much else.

Not So Lucky After All

The good news is that players get an exciting gaming experience, with the opportunity to use cryptocurrencies and traditional payment methods alike. There’s even the option to mix sports betting with gaming, and a great range of markets and titles available. In my experience, however, the site’s reputation, customer service, and built-in responsible gaming tools all need work—areas that are becoming increasingly important in iGaming.
